I'm a born and raised Arkansan, this period in American history has always fascinated the shit out of me. My girlfriends dad was a flight engineer in the Air Force on AC-130's, when he passed we were going through his things and found a picture of him with Lt. Col. North, signed that read "thank you Scott, your an American hero". I had to explain this whole thing to my girlfriend because she had never heard of Iran Contra. So that immediately had me asking myself questions as to his involvement in that time period,Not only that but a friend I grew up with in Little Rock had a dad who was a big shot child phycologist, he bought the old governor's mansion near downtown to use it as his office. The same building where the Clinton's started they're campaign. We used to party in that mansion, but not as much as the Clinton's apparently did lol. Awesome documentary man. I grew up 30 minutes away from Mena and they were in our sports conference, but I only heard about this whole ordeal after I moved. It’s crazy to think about how such a small, unassuming town was one of the settings in this saga. Incredible, well-researched work!
I'm a born and raised Arkansan, this period in American history has always fascinated the shit out of me. My girlfriends dad was a flight engineer in the Air Force on AC-130's, when he passed we were going through his things and found a picture of him with Lt. Col. North, signed that read "thank you Scott, your an American hero". I had to explain this whole thing to my girlfriend because she had never heard of Iran Contra. So that immediately had me asking myself questions as to his involvement in that time period,Not only that but a friend I grew up with in Little Rock had a dad who was a big shot child phycologist, he bought the old governor's mansion near downtown to use it as his office. The same building where the Clinton's started they're campaign. We used to party in that mansion, but not as much as the Clinton's apparently did lol. Awesome documentary man. Probably the best out there on the subject.

Met an older gentleman some years back, he was a former pilot, did a couple of trips for seal. He flew cocaine for a couple of governors and senators back in the 80s making drops into wooded areas in. He was the one that pointed to the book about the young men in mena Arkansas.

In other words the younger generation will just go on with their day instead of being able to associate past examples with present.

This is probably the most damning tale I have ever encountered. I was educated as a journalist, trained as a journalist, and spent several years working as a journalist. I put newspapers such as the Times and the Post on pedestals. It makes me sick to see what they've been turned into by political power and political greed.
Remember when they were supposed to hold power to account and they were originally gritty working class people,now they have been totally corrupted and are just mouthpieces for the elites .some of the journalism now actively caused division and societal problems .They just my take
They've always been tools of the US intelligence community, or at least for as long as there has been an organized and funded intelligence institution of the US state. There are individual journalists who have worked at those papers that have sometimes done good work, but their editors have always been closely connected and networked with acting directors or agents of the CIA. Operation Mockingbird exposed thousands of news and ms media intelligence assets working for and in cooperation with the CIA and it's corollary agencies around the world. The MSM is completely captured and completely vulnerable to intelligence agencies, think tanks funded by the arms industry, the DOD, and NATO, and entire networks of wealthy interests far more concerned about keeping a permanent war economy from never slowing down than communicating any actual "news" in any way that is free of the US state's geopolitical interests, goals, and biases.
This was well documented. The amount of money energy and time you invested in making this video is appreciated. Great video in dissecting our government and their way in spreading democracy throughout the world. Such a shady business.
