Thank you for uploading this. Very interesting. I think I've read that elite level rugby union (especially at international), doesn't suffer as much from relative age effect. It starts out strong, but by the time you reach the top level, it's no longer too strong?
@@SportNorthernIreland No worries, picked up that info from Ross Tucker from ScienceofSport podcast I believe. I can see how it could happen to some degree, with rugby being a game where a coach can still look at a small player and see a scrum half etc.
