This is amazing Larry. I still can't believe anyone would find this yawn worthy like the girl in the green top @ 7:14. The sound quality is very good and your playing is superb.

Very nice! Notice you aren't playing in classical posture here. Any special reason? I'm not a classical player, but I'm unable to play in classical posture because of shoulder issues and keeping my fretting arm raised all the time. Want to get into playing classical, but feel discouraged because I can't do the classical posture and all videos seem to say it's essential. Do you play all classical pieces in the posture in this video? do you find it limiting in any way?
I don't find it limiting, however I was trained well and played in the traditional way for a long time. Most trained classical guitarists can play the way I do but they prefer the more formal way for concerts because it elevates their appearance and was made "THE WAY" by Segovia and his disciples. Some also prefer it because it is an excellent position. I would suggest when learning, to learn the formal way as it does help in naturally getting your hands in the right position ergonomically however, it is important to give your back a break (no pun intended) and switch legs during your practice. Once you know what your hands are supposed to do you can stand on your head and get the hands to do what they need to do. Here are some examples of some greats happily playing the way you see me playing. I included a video of myself also, but I'm not in the great category, just the traditionally trained category. Thank you Tom, yes we had a nice crowd but no camera on them. In her defense, it was late ;) Ha, Thanks for watching!
Larry, your departure from the usual classal posture was refreshing and did not seem to be a handycap to your performance
Would you tell us what guitar are you playing? It sounds delightful!

Good playing, but this music needs a bit faster tempi and a bit stronger character (, piu marcato)
