Technically he can be a god, coz if you play with another god tier aka enel he is u killable and he has great damage, however if you have an sss tier unit, he will be an sss, coz he got no survivability passive, and if you got as character he will be ss character, so on, he is great damage but if he can’t survive, there won’t be damage
