Hi. I have a J7 and it's acting up on me. I'm getting the error box: "Process system isn't responding...X close app or wait? It won't let me shut it down. It keeps resetting itself every 15-30 seconds as if it's starting up. My main screen and icons appear and I can open apps but before I can finish these instructions, it kicks me out and restarts again. It won't let me shut it down either. It goes thru the motions and even asks me for my password to shut down, but it never shuts down. I can't force it to shut down either. I forgot about my storage issues and downloaded something and it hasn't been right since. Should I just let it power down to 0% and see what happens when I charge it again? My life is on this phone. I have been deleting apps one at a time but so far I keep getting the same error and I can only get a few things deleted before it reboots itself again.
Side question: Can text messages be downloaded to a desktop from my android phones? HELP!

Nevermind! I kept monkeying with the phone and finally got to use your suggestions and I let the phone discharge and charged it again and it works fine now. Now if I can find out how to download my text messages to print them would help me tremendously! Any tutorials on that??
