ive been flipping on trampolines for 9 years and i can say thats one of the best ways possible to get good at backflips, corks etc on skis, ive only been skiing a handfull of times and im able to cork 540 no problem so i definetly recomend flipping on trampolines if you want to practice your awareness in the air and get good at flips on skis.

Just try to start with less corky one and build it up from running to run a bit more cork thats what i did
