Hi, thanks for watching. I fully decorate my cakes 2-3 days before the clients picks them up. I store the fully decorated cakes in the refrigerator.

My pleasure 😊 I used Wilton Blue Vanilla fondant for this cake. To get the shine, I give my cakes a quick mist with a hand steamer.
