You do this every time!! I think it can not get any better. This one is at the top. The brick the huge kitchen and that master bathroom I could live in there alone!!

There are just a couple of things I would change (coz I am a quilter and would want an extra washer/dryer in my home to wash fabric or newly made quilts in) but from what I see, there would be PLENTY of space for my needs where my quilting is concerned. I love this home. Thanks for sharing it with us Chance.. You are doing a wonderful job. Stay safe out there and remember, God loves you. God bless you..

This is absolutely the most amazing home I’ve seen in a long time. I love the floors and open concept kitchen/living room and the window between kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is awesome. The way the hallway opens up to the guest bedrooms and bathroom is wonderful. I like the two closets in the guest bedrooms. The master bedroom is huge. Love everything about the master bathroom. I don’t even have words for the shower. I could live there‼️ The only let down is the master closet but with a 4 bedroom home you could use one of those closets. All in all this is a magnificent home inside and out. The price seems in line with similar size homes but this home is by far more appealing❣️💜
Love, Love this home. Love the outside front. Love living room with store fireplace.. The kitchen is huge lots of cabinets, I like just the shelves on both sides of the sink.OMG what a PANTRY. Really spacious living room, kitchen dining area. Laundry closet very useful.
Sold. I love the bedroom sizes. The kitchen is perfect. Love the formal dining area. I wish there was a den...haha. Actually you could open the wall at the front door and have a den/office there. Great price.
I love this home!! It has a great layout and the pricing is not bad at all for so much space! I love the outside and roof as well. Great living room , fabulous kitchen & AWESOME master bedroom & bath! I can’t think of anything I would change.

You’re down to earth and have loads of personality so don’t worry about fancy terms or anything like that. I really like this home. Thanks for your informative videos
Nice to see this video. My late father used to build Mobile Home Parks and custom modular and mobile homes for people (SFRs). He used to make some pretty nice custom designs for people with stuff like triple shower heads in the deluxe bath, recirculating hot water heaters, etc. I miss helping him with those projects.
Have to say of all the homes I’ve seen recently, this is my favorite. (Would make couple minor changes, nothing major). Even though master closet isn’t big enough for me 😂, I’d let my hubby have it and take one of the bedrooms and turn it into a nice dressing room.
Never owned a mobile home of any kind.. My grandmother had one for years in the late 70's and 80's but I can honestly say they have definitely come a long way and this was absolutely a beautiful home. Chance, you do a great job showing these homes.. Blessings and Stay safe!
Don’t know why people complain about how you talk. Southern accents are cool. Lived in Alabama for a couple of years in the 80’s. Loved they way everyone talked. P.S. “Rekon” is a great word!
13:46: Base Price $124,900. The prices are coming down now but still a bit high. That is the base price. So, by the time you buy and set it up, and you get the keys, maybe it would have cost you $150,000 or more. These people should make these houses and try to keep it about $100,000 or less. I mean, mostly low income people buy these homes. So, make it a truly affordable home for people. Life is getting too expensive to survive these days for many people who are honestly working hard.
@@CR-oe9ty That's because a site-built home will generally increase in value whereas the value of these will only decrease and rapidly at that. And you still need a place to put it and a mobile home park is NEVER an option (unless you are the park owner).
You are exactly right and so are some of the other comments. Fact is, it's a mobile home, banks classify it as a mobile home and they will not fund a loan for the length of time they would for a stick built home, same for a modular. So, if you're looking for a regular mortgage, low interest, then you need to go to a stick built. Over $100,000 is absolutely ridiculous for a mobile home, no matter how many wides they put on it. The point of mobile homes was supposed to be affordable housing to low income families.
Love love love this house, & it has a bunch of drawers in the kitchen & no big window next to the tub. Most of all I'm so happy that you finally called the "Laundry Room" by it's correct name, thank you. I'd prefer a coat closet as you come in the front door tho instead of shelves. All the closets were good size too. Again love love love this one.

Hi Chance! The home is gorgeous but still does not beat my all time favorite from a month ago you toured. But beautiful non the less. But Chance, you make this channel! You are always so much fun and I always laugh with you and your jokes!! Love the channel!!
Hi, ooopppps it was aired on 1/19/2020. It seemed like a couple weeks ago LOL! The 2868-243 is the model #. 3 bedroom double wide!! My ultimate favorite ever..... so far!! Just incredible!! Thanks Chance!!
OK. This house has a great layout. I would prefer to have a coat closet at the front door instead of the shelves. Again, I guessed way too high on the pricing. I keep thinking that a home that size with what looks to be 3 nice sized "guest" bedrooms and a large master should be so much higher. I prefer the drywall through-out which makes it look so much more permanent. And I like a higher pitched roof on the outside. That too makes it look more like a stick-built home. BUT... I do really like this home. Thanks for sharing it with us.
Love the open entryway. Love the builtins, Pretty kitchen, lots of cabinet space, nice island, great pantry. Laundry room super nice. I love it overall.
Love this home! Like the back door coat closet cause we use our back doorway to access our home now. The only thing I absolutely hate is that master closet in the bathroom.
I like the separate dining room with the open area to the kitchen. Prefer a utility room with a sink but the closet is nice for a back entry. The water closet in the master bath is nice so you have a bit of privacy while spouse is also getting ready, or vice versa. Love the tours, Chance. Great job!
Very nice home. I’d probably pick something other than the brick as the backsplash. Love the his and her sinks In master. Master closet, like you said, was not the greatest. I especially liked the extra animation you had. Made me laugh, which we all need. Keep them coming 👍🏻😊.
Love your videos Chance. This home is amazing! I totally get what you're saying about the separation between the kitchen & dining room. I don't really like when the living room, dining room & kitchen seem like one big open space... although I know that many people love this. I loved that there is a wall between the kitchen & dining room but, that there is a pass-through. Great video... great home!

I like that we get to hear more of your personality. I had to replay the beginning when u walked in a couple of times. I'm like who was that that said "heller" 🤣🤣🤣🤣 it was you!!! 😩🤣🤣
I like the little shelf above the stove. It's a quick place to put small spice jars. I love pantries. If there's a plug in there, it would be nice for a deep freezer too. I also love the storage in the linen closets and laundry room as a couponer
Rotflmbo.....so now we're saying "Laundry Room?" I guess you said, the heck with utitty room (Utility Room) 😂🤣😂🤣 I don't mind you saying guest rooms, because I have never seen a listing of a house being sold listing any of the bedrooms as kids' room.....I have always seen 3 guest bedrooms, 3 spare bedrooms, or 3 secondary bedrooms NEVER seen 3 kids' room! @@chanceshomeworld I would just call them 1st, 2nd, Master, etc. Utility or laundry room it doesn't matter. I like the homes with 4 or more bedrooms. And homes that have a large pantry like this one.

We are buying a four to five bedroom modular or manufacturing home after we sale home w pool on pond. Older homes are nothing like new homes feeling. Older homes constant repairs NO MORE.
Dana Hines don’t know where you got your info but there isn’t much difference in maintaining a older well built home and a new home! New homes can have some big ticket issues that are ticking time bombs! Take foundation issues for one! A new house’s foundation may look good at first but within a year or 2 can develop cracks/migration/moisture issues over time as everything settles. Sometimes these issues can be severe enough to require the condemning of the relatively new home. All it takes is for one person to do a sloppy rush job and bam major issues. Contractor drives a screw into the wrong place and can create a mess of issues that could require removal of drywall to repair the damaged pipe! A screw or nail in a sewage pipe can lead to clogging over time along with a leak! Lots of things can go wrong during construction! A older home would have had these issues but they would have been discovered and repaired a long time ago. So don’t discount a well built and maintained house.
Chance you're becoming a natural for filming these videos. The last guest bedroom (same side the living room is on) I would change that to a den, open the space that WAS the closet....keep the wall but make that section a den. And....the den would make a great home gym. That would be ideal.
Love this home but I would rather have a closet at the front door, also I would rather have the sink In front of a window then when i entertain i can use the counter in front of the area for the dining room for food or dishes. But it has many great features.
yes, the sink in front of a window. I don't care for the idea of passing food over a sink to the bar. also please no sink in an island. islands are for extra space.
I also like a closet by the front door so I just wonder if that recessed area by front door with the ship lap could have doors put there instead to make a closet there. Also I like the sink in the island so I can see TV if the island is the split level but I could live with the sink where it is in this one. But that counter in utility room needs a big mop sink & to be honest I don’t want the toilet in a water closet. I do love this house tho it’s very pretty, guest rooms look a little bigger than some I’ve seen & master is really nice. Thanks for your videos; love them & you have improved a lot since you first started. 👍🏻
@@dianeoliver9041 , it would be easy enough to add doors to make the recessed area by the front door into closets. I was actually already doing that in my head while watching the video.
Really really beautiful home! Miss an actual closet at the front door but that is a very easy fix. That's about the somewhat bad thing and it really isn't a big deal. Really nice! Thanks for the tour! Always look forward to your videos!
Love everything about this home love the colors my favorite is the countertops and love that there is no sink in the island my favorite so far keep them coming 👍👍👍👍 I liked shared and subscribed 😉
🤣 I haven't seen many houses of any kind survive a tornado. They all don't depreciate either, mine is worth more then 3 yrs ago when I bought it and it's a 2003.
This is called a manufactured home or even a modular home. Not a trailer. It’s built in an indoor, controlled environment and then delived and assembled on site. Better than most on site built homes and appreciates in value as most homes do based on the economy. Maybe you should do some research before runnin your mouth about something you clearly know nothing about.
I love this one, especially the huge tub which is always #1 on my list. Don't get all correct on us now. We all love your Southern country boy charm with your pronunciations.
No, mobile homes were discontinued in 1976 when HUD imposed building standards on homes built off-site. Hence, the manufactured home was born. No wheels, slab foundations, etc. For more info visit the HUD website.
The master bath is awesome! They are really seating to forward think. I hate getting even a little wet before I’m ready to be in the shower. The knobs at the edge freakin rock.
Daaaaaaaang! This house is a steal for the money! I figured upwards of 200K. That shower looks like it belongs in a penthouse or some fancy HGTV house.
It's a trailer why in the hell would u think 200k..it's only worth about 50k..honestly everything u see is fake the beams the flooring,everything....everything is plastic...the sheet rock is the only real thing in there....fake fake fake..m
Beautiful home! I like the overall layout. It has a homey feel. Only missing a sink in the "utility room" lol... Love your tours. Do you know if this home is available in the Western states?
I love the living room I love the kitchen that we need to sink by window can't wait to see the master bedroom and the master bath and the pantry and laundry room
This home is amazing. I've always loved touring them! That pantry... fantastic! I subscribed this channel bcuz you set these tours off with your personality. Boom! 😁 Mobile homes have come a long way since I lived in them years ago. Wow! Keep up the great vids.
"Secondary bedrooms" covers it all. Not everyone has kids or guests, but if people are really getting worked up over the terminology, they probably don't have guests & deserve kids on caffeine & sugar!
This home was a hit from beginning to end! I have to say that brick really made it pop in the most amazing kind of way, Great Work and Amazing Video! Price point is on point!
You know me...😂always giving my opinion! 🤣 Would love to have a center wall with built in to divide living from kitchen area. I do like the "pass through" window to the dining room, like you stated, as well! Disappointed no room for a deep freezer in utility/laundry room or sink. The rest is great but the Master Bath tops off the home! Love it! ❤ Thanks for your video recording talent! 👍 💯
The large window in shower is stupid! I would want some privacy, even if my family was in house. I dont think even a shower curtain would look right over that...NOPE! NOT my thang but it is an oddly large mansion for a trailer. For the size of the bedroom, I would want a way bigger closet too!
Water closet. This is the common term in architecture and interior design. Nice home but I would prefer a larger great room or an additional den, than a fourth bedroom. You do a really great job! The other channels should pay attention. You are much more thorough and have control of the camera much better than the rest. I enjoy your vides!!

Thank you.
Yes! I always want a window above my sink.
OMG, best mobile home I ever seen! I'm in love with bathtub.
I absolutely love this home!! 🌟 Who ”needs” such a HUGE shower?
I do ,having a water closet is great, had one in last home
Beautiful home! wouldn't change a thing except enlarge the master closet and maybe add a half bath.
Closets in the bathroom are such a necessity. I’m not sure why they weren’t always putting those in these homes.
Why do you think a closet in the bathroom is a necessity? . My best friend just purchased a new home and she hates tht closet is in the bathroom
Thanks so much! 😊
I also like no sink in the island and I love the walk-in pantry!
Nicely laid home home, great laundry room, love the entry way area, huge pantry & linen closet, AMAZING master bathroom.
Would have been nice to have a soaking sink in the laundry room.
Love the shower in the master bedroom. Very great upgrade for a mobile home.
Love it all, I'd rather have a gas or wood burning fireplace though.
I’m not in the market for a new home, but always visit this channel to hear your Southern accent.... I live away from The South now and miss it. ❤️💋
No matter how nice, a mobile home will come apart in a tornado and it begins depreciating the day it is sold, just like a car or boat.
Just move to Cali 😎🌞
Going to subscribe.. nice home..I love the master bathroom
🤣 I haven't seen many houses of any kind survive a tornado. They all don't depreciate either, mine is worth more then 3 yrs ago when I bought it and it's a 2003.
@@Lori5564 The land might be, but not the home.
Love this house. And, I love your videos. Lots of personality.
Thank you so much!
Love this house! Just beautiful. Love your videos. You're an excellent host. Thanks for all that you do!
is a mobile house, trailer & manufactured all the same thing.? ( TRAILERS) are they all really trailers ??
Jay J yes. Has wheels.
Nice tour - thanks! Love the pantry and the unique hallway.
Beautiful home! I like the overall layout. It has a homey feel. Only missing a sink in the "utility room" lol... Love your tours. Do you know if this home is available in the Western states?
I loved the bathroom. I would prefer the light colors of cabinets in the kitchen. It’s a nice home.
Gutters?? Also that thick threshold is bonkers splitting the flooring
I love the living room I love the kitchen that we need to sink by window can't wait to see the master bedroom and the master bath and the pantry and laundry room
I got the notification on my phone and I've never opened a link so fast in my life lmao
Haha, that makes my day, thank you.
Same here lol!
This home is amazing. I've always loved touring them! That pantry... fantastic! I subscribed this channel bcuz you set these tours off with your personality. Boom! 😁 Mobile homes have come a long way since I lived in them years ago. Wow! Keep up the great vids.
How about a sink in the laundry room?!
Sounds like a great idea!
I get what you mean about the kitchen and the dining room. The cook going back for something can carry on the conversation!
I would have a house built before i paid that much money for a mobil home.
Depending on what part of the country you live in this could be cheap.
Wow!! This home is all i need! Love the layout. Keep up the great vids!! God bless ppl n stay safe 😇😇😇😇
"Secondary bedrooms" covers it all. Not everyone has kids or guests, but if people are really getting worked up over the terminology, they probably don't have guests & deserve kids on caffeine & sugar!
I would be calling the one with all the windows my sewing room!
This home was a hit from beginning to end! I have to say that brick really made it pop in the most amazing kind of way, Great Work and Amazing Video! Price point is on point!
Thanks a bunch!
@@chanceshomeworld Anytime my man!
House is nice however, didn`t like the strip of wood on the floor between kitchen and living room, toe stubber and a eye sore.
Agreed
Agree also
You know me...😂always giving my opinion! 👍 💯
I agree about the laundry room not having space for a freezer. Very few do. 😕
Great idea!!
Nicest mobile home I've ever seen. Slap that sucker on a foundation, attach a garage to it and possibly stay under 200K.
How handsome is Chance!! 😍😍 Show more of him please! 🙌
The large window in shower is stupid! I would want some privacy, even if my family was in house. I dont think even a shower curtain would look right over that...NOPE! NOT my thang but it is an oddly large mansion for a trailer. For the size of the bedroom, I would want a way bigger closet too!
I really like the dining room divided off like that! I like everything about this home! Thank you!
The house needs gutters on the front and back.
I really like the layout, as soon as you entered the hall, I thought we were going to come across another living space.
Water closet. This is the common term in architecture and interior design. Nice home but I would prefer a larger great room or an additional den, than a fourth bedroom. You do a really great job! The other channels should pay attention. You are much more thorough and have control of the camera much better than the rest. I enjoy your vides!!
Thanks for sharing!
Just started watching channel really enjoying it. We live in Scotland and never seen mobile homes anywhere this size before they are amazing.👌👍
