My cousins and I had brunch at Talisay Garden Cafe, a pretty restaurant in Maginhawa, Quezon City that offers outdoor dining. They serve Filipino comfort food with an interesting twist! We were pretty happy with our experience and we felt very safe in the restaurant too. :)
