Definitely a good choice for the bikers who want to use Thunderbird as a daily commuter. The new Thunderbird X series is a daily commuting machine... RE has provided a normal handlebar(which will help to maneuvering the bike in traffic ) removed the back rest, making it kind of an aggressive style of riding.. And RE is crying out loud that this is for city ride.. standing up on the foot pegs all the time when ever u see a pothole does not make it a off road bike... If you want to do off road go for Himalayan... People now days buy bikes not knowing their own riding style... This is totally my opinion but as a biker we should understand which bike is for which purpose... Comparing every bike with the same criteria (Specially with the sports category plastic bikes which all looks the same) is not at all justifiable.
Daily commuter = Classic/ Bullet
Daily commuter (with a big tank with an aggressive look + tubeless tires) = Thunderbird X series
Highway cruiser with laid back riding (with a classic chrome touch) = Thunderbird 350/500
Only Off road = Himalayan
Power + Aggression= Continental GT
Please Note: This is entirely my opinion.. you can ride/ buy any bike you want and ride on any terrain... Ride safe.. :)

You test drove it literally on my everyday road i subbed to you straight away :)
I have this new TB 350X. Overall it’s good. New handle bar, alloys and new look. It looks stunning. But the main issue which I found with this is Seat. For shorter ride it’s good but for longer ride you will feel that it is not comfortable and for one who sits behind you will feel the pain.
So according to me if you are a ride lover, so take care of this point before buying. And if you want good look and targeting city ride, then buy this.

Bro I own thunderbird 500 2014 model and it's very comfortable too but not sure same for pillion. Easily did more than 700 km on it

I'm a thunder bird owner nice bike
I am a re tunderbird 350x owner bike is awso. I wsome to ride in terms of torque and power etc but if u want to take this bike for long rides you have to modifiy it tge main demerit of this bike is absence of mud guard mud will be allover tge bike upto back seat full mud so if u want to look this bike as it is u have to care it well and maily handle its good but i will not prefer it for long rides however its adjustable but after max adjustment the look of bike will go also you will find hard to adj the right mirror due to break fluid wire and bolt
So wat you have to do is change handle accordingly and MUD GUARD ARE must also pillon back rest is recommended if u do this all this bike is awsome for ride and u will miss it every day wat am saying is ride will become ur addiction

Hi vicky. I am planning on buying 350x. So i took a test ride. I felt vibration in the handlebars while riding in 3rd gear @2000rpm. Was that normal or it has more vibration than normal thunderbird??

Ambarish nair yes it is having lot of vibrations I ve taken test drive n decided not to buy. This is purely my opinion. Handle bar n meter board having lot of vibrations. Why we need to invest 2 lakhs to this vibrator. Actually I want to buy this machine but M so much disappointed.
sam ABS models ll come only after April 2019, not now. As per government rule any new model launch after April 2018 it should come with ABS. All existing bikes above 125CC gets ABS only after 2019 April. That’s y TBX, Yamaha R15 & some other bikes launched before April 2018 bcoz they don’t want to provide ABS.
