Imagine my amazement while I watched your Three Dollar Toolbox reveal and saw the pruners. I was just beginning my editing of this video. Those style of pruners are easy to work on. Thank you for watching and commenting on my videos.
I like the fact when using a bench grinder I have some old clippers from the 80’s #5 and put vinegar in it over night and took a wire brush and it got cleaned I just have to order a spring and a bolt and the rubber grip’s.great video 📹
Those shears needed a lot of help and it’s cool to see they’re still able to cut after being all fixed up. Also very nice to see fan mail come your way. I’m sure it’s a great motivator to keep doing what you enjoy👍. Before you know it you’re gonna need a bigger wall for all those stickers!!
Great job on those pruners! Funny thing is, I had never heard of Corona tools (just the beer! :-) until last Sunday, when I happened to purchase a pair of Corona loppers at a swapmeet here in southern CA. The seller told me it was a great brand but I didn’t know whether to believe him. But I do now! lol Anyway, thanks for another great video.
I first got the Corona pruners, the purchased their pole saw was is excellent, then my daughters bought me a Corona shovel with fiberglass handle which is a beast. I will never need another shovel. Corona Corp is based in Calif. Thanks for the great comment.
I was doing some work for an Old Farmer when I was a younger man and he said to me "Rust Is My Enemy"..........I think about that often and think how right he was.............Old Joe was a neat old guy, he started getting senile towards the end and his family took his car away.......Joe was actually rather wealthy and he called up the dealership and had them deliver a nice new Cadillac......LOL
Great story. Senility is just rust on the brain. Might need to soak my head in EvapoRust one of these days. Thanks for watching my videos & commenting my friend.
Those Corona pruners are darned near indestructible. Great job on the restoration. They should be good for 100 years. Then another resto…😃👌🏼
Appreciate the kind words.
Woo hoo ...The little red tricycle pedalling its way to Alabama. An honor to be on your board.
Keep well my friend 😉👍👩🔧

Curious to ask how one replaces the clip and eyelet parts on these sheers? Any advice would be helpful, thanks!
I just want to know how to replace the blade
Thanks for not sharpening the inside of the blade. Too many clowns out there pretending they know how to sharpen them
