All psa 9s can be 10s and all 10s can be a 9s thats why I grade mostly shortprinted numbered cards, not liking the new slab design either

Unfortunately we think all cards are psa 10 and they just aren't they comeout the packs sometimes psa 9 grading ain't as easy as many people think I've experienced same stuff

I agree. I was fine with having tough grades. It's the cracked slab and debris sealed into the cases that I feel PSA needs to do much better on. Some cards have smudges and fingerprints on them. I've submitted a lot and have almost all good experiences regardless of grades received. This time though....they could have done better. Thanks for checking out the video. I really appreciate it.
