Hi Dee, looks beautiful on that beach! I noticed if I laugh or cry, I feel exhausted! So the extremes of feeling down and fed up as well as like you say being somewhere you love and doing lovely things is exhausting! System overload no matter what we do. Having a crappy time again but listening to Dr Claire Weekes and that’s helping…..she’s fab! Hope you feel better in the next couple of days so you can enjoy next weekend. Really proud of all you are doing, gives us hope ❤️

@@juliegillespie903 she does. She was the pioneer in treating chronic symptoms. If you listen to the messaging from any of the TMS practitioners they’re all based on her concept. She has a way of speaking directly to the listener that I haven’t found with anyone else. I don’t have my mum or my grandmother they’re both gone but I have her 🥰

    Take care

@@lancerichardmorton1981 oh ffs still waiting?! Sorry to hear that you still haven’t had a definitive diagnosis, has Sertraline helped at all? Betahistine did nothing for me tbh

@dizzydee2021 It was a vestibular specialist that told me I had PPPD after having BPPV, but the balance issues, dizziness, lightheadedness is still there now since July 2022. Totally fed up with it. Sertraline has helped and betahistine I'm unsure. I sometimes think there is something that's been missed, maybe get answers if I ever see Neurology. Will you come off medication Dee at somepoint?

@@lancerichardmorton1981 I’ve had mine since May 2021! I know how you feel mate. Something I would say is look for the inconsistencies in symptoms. Like I can sit on the floor and not feel an internal sway yet when I’m on a chair I can. If I’m dancing I have zero symptoms but if I have to stand in a queue for too long I feel dizzy and need to move. Things like that don’t make sense. When things don’t make sense then you really need to open up to this being psychosomatic. It takes a while to be convinced but the sooner you get full medical clearance the better. I will stay on the meds until such point that I can come out of fight or flight mode but I know that will take time as my fathers estate still isn’t resolved yet so I’m holding onto a lot of emotions. Hope that all makes sense
