I literally switched my whatsapp notification off about 6 months ago and its given me alot of time to produce more better content, also muted the groups i have to be a part of that arent useful. And amazing video bhaiya, its a proper topic that needed addressing

Main mostly zyada time kaam pe hota hun, tou uswaqt main apna mble ghar pe chorke jaata hun... or jab ghar pe aata hun tou sone se phele kuch 3 4 ghante laga hee deta social media pe... tou usko cover krne k liye main jaan kr apna mble hee charge nhi krta... jab battery kam hogi tou mble bund hojayega... liken phr logo k bed k pas switch bhi hota hai, tou mene wo bhi nhi rakha huaa... tou i can manage.... or muneeb bhai wo dosto waali btt? Tou main apne dosto se itna zaleeeel hua hun k khud hee aadat nikal gai 😁😂

Social media detox is really very necessary for our generation, there is nothing to loss and everything to gain for a layman. I've deleted all my social media account since June and it has done wonders to my life. Dopamine effect game is real. Give it a try!
This is not just with social media celebs...this is part of your job but I have seen young kids indulging in social media addiction.
