Nagant can shoot stun (if not mistaken) if line of fire is clear (not behind cover or moving around cover) and when target stop (after move near cover which is not clear line of fire) Nagant will shoot stun and it can trigger also follow up attack I forgot to mention those too. 🙏
Yup but as said then you don't need use Nagant if you use QBZ or Nemesis. Also debuff will be always on target I assume since RF (Sniper unit) will break shield of enemy before they move towards team. Thank you for noting things down here also.

It reads 'if the target has a defense debuff, applies stun to the target for 1 turn'. I guess qbz would work. Or nemesis.
