@Zyck Hyle it's not an ability so I don't think it works for all abilities just simple ones, like how leorios was just a simple emitted punch
@Zyck Hyle ging is only replicating a striker type ability based on how he thinks the hatsu works. it's not a hatsu that requires activation or something.

The fact that togashi was able to create a relationship between two characters let alone create a guy like Pariston blows my mind..
Imagine If everyone who went to the dark continent got captured or held captive of was stranded there for years. And there’s a huge time skip where Gon gets his nen back and trains to become strong enough to go on a rescue expedition with Kilua and some other strong nen users. That’d be pretty dope

so there is a small chance that Pariston is the only one thinking about the consequences of going to the Dark Continent...a huge disaster is what all the previous teams met when they got there so having an army of chimera ants would definitely be helpful meeting those threats

maybe parriston's plan is to bring the chimera ants with him somehow and establish a human+ant colony in the dark continent to act as a beach-head for future expeditions. since the chimera ants came from the dark continent maybe they can somehow be helpful in helping the party survive (possibly with parriston taking over the human team as well).

Togashi needs to fucking get a team together, skilled artists and bang. Publish, publish, PUBLISH!!.. If you look at that scene in the manga, around a chapter in the mid 60s I think, the thing you say is a World Tree doesn't extend beyond the clouds in the panel. It didn't even reach the top of the panel, so I'd say it's something like a volcano based on how it looked in the manga.
