She did many spectacular performances in this 'begin again korea' project,a couple of which may really interest you, her performance of alicia keys 'if I aint got you' & 'i wont give up' by jason mraz (OMG!!-kleenex alert). These acoustic vocal performances would've been impressive enough if she had the back-up of a full orchestra but the fact that she's doing this with little or no musical accompaniment is staggering,she's out there,up front,on her own,with the slightest mistake or off-key moment visible for everyone to see,not to mention the fact that she's outdoors & just sat down with her legs crossed is just astounding.many singers can sound great but how many of those singers would still sound this great when put in the same conditions that sohyang has just performed in. BTW I hear what you say about her not getting the 'fame' that her voice deserves but that is mainly down to sohyang herself her choice as many international record companies have tried to sign her but she's not interested in the mega fame & fortune that her voice would certainly have brought her. I sometimes think that in reality,if it weren't for youtube & people reacting to her,those of us outside korea would never have known about this amazing lady,who is as beautiful inside as her vocals on the outside.all we can do is keep spreading the word. Like the saying goes ' the cream always rises to the top'
