You sound so exciting and warm-natured. It was a pleasure to spend this time with you learning something. Wondering if you have any tips for dressing up a bundt cake with pretty patterns.
For all who have asked if you can make your own sheets. Yes, but it's not easy. You must have food grade acetate and cocoa butter and cocoa butter coloring oils. It's cheaper to buy the sheets premade. But if you want to try, you'll get your supplies and then silkscreen your design on the sheets.
I have a couple of questions, where do you get the acetate transfers from , do they come in clear so I can do cake designs and where did you get your chocolate warmer/spinner from?
nnenna1974, transfer sheets are available from confectionery suppliers. Just google chocolate transfer sheets and a ton will show up. I got my tempered from Dove Chocolate Discoveries. They are a chocolate party plan business like Tupperware. You can usually find one in your area. I got mine during a monthly special. I told the rep I didn't want to do a party but wanted the tempered on sale. She said she could add it to another person's party and ship it to me.
Excellent, you get straight to the point in the demo and actually show us how to do it. Thank you very much!
