Hey Julia, I just want to say thank you for your videos, they are always so raw and real but so motivating too. I’m in the midst of studying for my calculus exam and this honestly was a treat. I’m in 12th grade and going to university in September. I was wondering if you could do a video about advice/ things you wish you knew before going to college. Hey so I’ve heard that Brown’s social scene is what you make of it, and just curious if you agree? Does being a part of sports/Greek life play into it a lot?
It is 100% what you make of it! Everyone here is really friendly and open to becoming friends with you, especially freshman year. Clubs are a great way to meet people with similar interests. I’m on a sports team which is a great built in friend group. But it’s great here, def what you make of it. It’s not hard to make friends here!
