You do realise dosa is a street food in a lot of South Indian states. Personally I don't mind people adding stuff in dosa as long it doesn't change the point or essence of dosa like a Pizza dosa or chocolate dosa is something that needs to punishable but Cheese dosa or Paneer or anything they come up with indigenous recipes should get a pass.
@@forkrust9296 aren't street food supposed to be handy😂😂 and not something for which you need so much arrangements and some proper place to sit and enjoy the food! And yess i agree that these kind of fusions should be declared punishable crimes😂😂😂
@@bhavikasharma5691 Such a defination would then take a lot of street food out of our palate then like say Pav Bhaji, Chinese Street food etc. To me as long as it's made in the streets and made fast and is somewhat easy to eat gets a pass on street food. Dosa sure is a thing in Hyderabad atleast.

Yeah Black Bhaaji in Samosa is Found in North India, these Gujarat and Maharashtra Samosa Bhaaji are yellow in colour.

Sambhar can be sweet ..Udupi sambhar has a bit of jaggery...and it is one of the best
haha actually Gujarat and Maharashtra (mostly guj) are the kind of states where you can find a bit of sweetness in most of the food items, i actually kind of want to know how the authentic sambhar tastes like(never been to the south) is it like spicy, sour or what? my North Indian mom makes it like very spicy and also very khatta😅

Probably she is one of those South Delhi, South Bombay Rich neighborhood kids who prefer European Cuisines not Indian Cuisines.

Bruhh sasha is from goa...goa has a different culture! If you have ever visited goa then you would know that chaaat, pani puri is not common like in Mumbai, Gujarat.Where do the rich kids point come though?

I think Sasha also dislikes chaat bcoz of dahi and the "rich kid" point is very irrelevant to me she often call herself broke or middle-class in vids while ordering food which again is not a bad thing.

I’m in Malaysia and tbh a lot of thosai (we say thosai bc dosa means something else here) has additional toppings. Like egg, sardines, onions or something. Is it usually plain in India?
@@jackyyu99 it's plain or with little masala plus potato curry which is done in households on daily basis. Everything else on internet is just because of food vloggers and to attract customers.
@@niveditab2661 that’s interesting! In Malaysia… we have a local Indian population who’ve been here for a few generations. They put cheese, sugar, butter, even condensed milk… My mom has some friends from India who told here that some of the restaurants have localised the menu and it’s not the same as India. I guess that’s one of the changes
@@jackyyu99 in north india , we eat dosas with mostly potato masala Or just plain dosas with sambhar (spicy) and coconut chutney... It's actually really yum (this is valid to atleast where I live)

"Black Bhaaji in Samosa" Aniket is right actually! You guys belong to the Mumbai South India crowd so you don't have much idea about North Indian taste! Here in North India Delhi, Rajasthan, MP-UP, Bihar they have black coloured bhaaji which gets it color from the kadhaii which it is cooked in.
Yellow colour bhaaji in Samosa is more found in Gujarat and Maharashtra. Lived in Both parts of the country so i understand the difference.
