Lilly do not go om an all veggie diet. Yeah you will loose the weight, but then you will gain it twice as much and twice as fast. Make sure you definitely have enough protein and you actually need carbs if you are doing workouts you need it to be able to have the energy to last however much time you want to. You can make healthier choices, for example eat brown rice instead of white, homemade beans instead from a can, and you can definitely substitute pasta with some vegetables. I use spaghetti squash as pasta for spaghetti and it is sooooooo good! Love you!

Lilly, I love you but here is my advice.. I can see that you have very little energy left in you (but you are still positive and loving ofc) and you are forcing yourself to hard.. I think it is mostly because of your sleep. It is really unhealthy to have that kind of sleeping pattern. You need to start going to bed before midnight and having 8 hour of sleep. I know it seems impossible but it will improve your health sooo much.. Start doing your work in the mornings and wakeup early. Love how you going to work out and not eat any carbs? This comming from a vegan, you need carbs. They do not make you fat at all. Refined carbs, refined oil and fats including fats in eggs and milk , added sugars, added salt make fat and retain water weight. I wasn't going to say anything because you'll probably never see this but once i saw you trying to work out on zero carbs barely being able to do it I couldn't help myself. That veggie meat, is exactly what you need to stay away from because it's not a whole food probably has a lot of sodium and other refined ingridents. If you really want to loose weight AND be able to have energy and stamina to do a banging job on tour and not be miserble, irritable, and feeling hungry all the time go whole foods and eat to your hearts content. Brown rice, oats, any grans you want, potatoes, fruits, veggies, and beans. Just no added salt, oil, or sugar. You can use grade a maple syrup for sweeting anything up like oat meal. Also stay away from dairy because that ish is what makes fat. It's nothing but cholesterol that your body already makes. My suggestion or just for example would be to have a warm glass of water with lemon right when you wake up, then a smoothie with whatever you'd like weather it'd be kale banana chia seed with dates or strawberries, blueberries, and banana whatever just add water instead if milk. I promise it'll be good without it. Then when you get hungry make some oats and add whatever you want in there. berries, rasins, whatever vannila, ect. Again don't add dairy. But for once i can say that i totally agree with what you said. Especially on the fact that CARBS DON'T MAKE YOU FAT. it's the sugar and oil added to it that does. To be skinny all you have to do is basically avoid sugar/oil/salt and have 5 meals a day with a lot of veggies/fruits on side of your proteines and carbs and gulp it down with water. I love the suggestion of the healthy pizza you wrote : if you crave pizza, EAT ONE ! just don't overload it with cheese and oil. When lilly said she was craving pasta, i was screaming : EAT A BOWL. Both eggs and milk are subtances that are meant to grow an infant into a larger or in the case of milk into a 500 lbs animal and it belongs to cows its meant to be dranken by baby cows not humans. A lot of people don't realize it but the dairy industry kills animals more so, then the meat industry even. Those cows need to be impregnated in order to have milk. They kill the babies that the milk belongs to or keep the females but either way they get killed after 5 years because thier bodies give out from being impregnated back to back to back and from a broken spirit due to having thier children taken away and killed each time. I have seen how they cry and scream when they take them away and also try to hide them. Same with eggs. The male chicks are either ground alive or gassed and the chikens that lay eggs are also killed once they stop producing. More times then not, organic or not the animals are held In horrid conditions as well. So not only is it better for human health, but your also saving those animals lives and it effects our environment greatly as well. P.s. as far as calcium goes I get mine from plants and more then I'd ever get from dairy. Chia seeds and sesame seeds especially have large amounts of calcium and iron.

I think Jay Sean wouldn't lead Superwoman down the wrong path. This current diet is a cleansing diet before Lilly switches to HCLF. Lilly drinks those pink Rockstars all day and eats Chipotle which isn't bad in and of itself but if not taken in moderation can become unhealthy. Once she kicks that out of her system for 2-3 days she can switch to a more consistent, responsible diet of HCLF.

Lilly, I don't know if you'll read this or not, but YOU NEED CARBS. CARBS DONT MAKE YOU FAT! You need to change your LIFESTYLE because with the way your going, once your back from your tour you will gain alll the weight back + more cause your metabolism will have slowed down. "quick fixes" NEVER work and yes you may lose a little but in the long run you're gunna a) turn into a nut case without energy getting to your brain b) gain DOUBLE the weight back. You need fruits, vegetables whole grains, beans, oatmeal, and NO artificial junk. DON'T follow fad diets, people and companies are making money off of us starving ourselves! The cycle never stops. Healthy LIFESTYLE is the way to go!
Tip for pasta cravings: spaghetti squash (after cooking you can put a fork through it and it turns into spaghetti and you can put sauce on it or whatever) or there's a machine that turns veggies into pasta 👍🏽 Also (you probs know this by now) you were on a countdown of top 10 hottest female you tubers (you are #6) which is pretty awesome as well :D

NEver drink cold water during a work out! alway room temperature. its all sciency but your body has to work to cool down the water so its doing work it doesn't need to do during a work out then after you cool down like 30 mins later you can drink whatever temp water lol

girl if you are on a low calorie, low carb diet you won't be able to keep up the work grind or you will have to consume an unhealthy amount of caffeine to do so. Plus you will be all moody and cranky by the time tour starts. Go vegan for that prep time to get fit instead. Please Lilly don't put lossing weight above your health. Your body needs carbs to function. Your brain only runs on glucose. Nothing else. You will go insane on lowcarb. I really really hope you see this

I think Jay Sean wouldn't lead Superwoman down the wrong path. This current diet is a cleansing diet before Lilly switches to HCLF. Lilly drinks those pink Rockstars all day and eats Chipotle which isn't bad in and of itself but if not taken in moderation can become unhealthy. Once she kicks that out of her system for 2-3 days she can switch to a more consistent, responsible diet of HCLF.

Lilly, I don't know if you'll read this or not, but YOU NEED CARBS. CARBS DONT MAKE YOU FAT! You need to change your LIFESTYLE because with the way your going, once your back from your tour you will gain alll the weight back + more cause your metabolism will have slowed down. "quick fixes" NEVER work and yes you may lose a little but in the long run you're gunna a) turn into a nut case without energy getting to your brain b) gain DOUBLE the weight back. You need fruits, vegetables whole grains, beans, oatmeal, and NO artificial junk. DON'T follow fad diets, people and companies are making money off of us starving ourselves! The cycle never stops. Healthy LIFESTYLE is the way to go!

Tip for pasta cravings: spaghetti squash (after cooking you can put a fork through it and it turns into spaghetti and you can put sauce on it or whatever) or there's a machine that turns veggies into pasta 👍🏽

NEver drink cold water during a work out! alway room temperature. its all sciency but your body has to work to cool down the water so its doing work it doesn't need to do during a work out then after you cool down like 30 mins later you can drink whatever temp water lol

I'm sure someone already posted this, but you should work out in the morning Lilly! It might seem hard to get motivated that early, but it will get your blood flowing and wake you up for the day. If you work out right before bed it can make it harder to go to sleep as well. Just a suggestion!

girl if you are on a low calorie, low carb diet you won't be able to keep up the work grind or you will have to consume an unhealthy amount of caffeine to do so. Plus you will be all moody and cranky by the time tour starts. Go vegan for that prep time to get fit instead. Please Lilly don't put lossing weight above your health. Your body needs carbs to function. Your brain only runs on glucose. Nothing else. You will go insane on lowcarb. I really really hope you see this
