Maestro! I have the exactly same chainsaw as well. Thank you for this great and well explaining video, it is even better than the Stihl you tube channel videos!
It has sliding "mechanism" and you have to move it when operating in temperatures under 10C and it is called "Winter mode". It is located under orange cover held by 3 screws.
Useful video, thank you. what is the brand/name of the replacement harden steel chain blade that you are using? thank you
Thank you for your comment. The brand is Stihl and I have made a video about it, you can see it on my channel.

Many thanks for your comment and happy new year 2024
@@machinesdequalite Happy New 2024 and all my best wishes to you as well!
The manual states that knut for the blade and chain should only be hand tight. Do you recommended making it bar tight?
The chain should not be very tight. If you pull the chain and see bottom teeth, it is fine, more it is too lose and less too tight
@@machinesdequalite thanks
It’s a great little work horse very cool happy I bought it
@@fostersstubbyasmr9557 indeed, not too big, not too small. It is perfect

@@00cryser00 this model does 'not' have winter or summer mode
@@lukesdewhurst Indeed, it has a winter/summer operation NOT "mode", like the operation Domining described above
@@anastasiostongas8217 no this version of chainsaw does not have this mode.
I like his Rolls Royce !
