nice to know that there are other people who struggle with anxiety like me, she cried.
Week four almost made me cry with you !!! 🤟🏽🤟🏽🤟🏽 don’t ever let your job make you feel that bad find a new job that makes you happy and that will help with anxiety too! Your body knows it’s not supposed to be there
Thank you girl! Totally agree 💗 I'm working on finding something better and in the meantime just trying to change my mindset and focus on things that are making me happy!
arielle burns never let a job make you feel like that. Find a job that makes you happy!
I don't know where you're typing from but jobs don't come easy everywhere in the world. It also depends on your field of work and if you live paycheck to paycheck, it's really, really hard to leave some jobs.
Personally I love taking CBD because it does so much it helps relieve pain and it helps with anxiety. To be honest more people should take it.
Thank you for sharing your experiences with this, without editing out the struggles. With everyone here, sending you heartfelt love and support.
Yess I have been waiting for this! I love that it helped with your anxiety and helped you feel more "normal"
Yess, definitely felt much better than I would've if I wasn't taking any supplement for my anxiety. My life is kinda crazy right now 😵
That clip was so vulnerable and I’m glad you kept it in. So many of us value true human experiences rather than just surface level things so thank you for allowing the space to share that. I’m glad the CBD Oil was helpful to you. I’m really rooting for you that your job experience brightens or a new opportunity comes your way. My job is full of almost every day rejection so that negativity is always swirling around. Thanks again for sharing!
Thank you for that comment, Kimberlee 💕 I can only imagine how hard it is in your career and despite that you're always so positive and uplifting! I am sure my job situation will get better, just need to be patient. Hugs!
Aww my heart broke when you broke down. I hope you find a better job. You’re happiness and mental health is way more important than keeping a job. I felt the same way about my job and quit a few months ago. It was the best decision I ever made. Yea I struggled financially for a bit but I just enjoyed life more.
You're so sweet, thank you!! 💛 And you're completely right! Good for you for being brave enough to quit, I know I'll do it one day too haha 😄 For me a lot of it is mindset, I put myself into this negative headspace and convince myself that everything is terrible lol But I also realized that I want to work for myself in some capacity, so I'm trying to make that happen.
@@avooneverything Sounds like your subconscious is going to help you get where you want to go. When you know it's self motivated I hope it's easier to bring in.
Especially if you actually have a plan in motion at present to curb your anxiety. That plan can have you laughing/dancing after you have a good cry.
I alway told myself as long as mcdees & walmart exist one can get a job. If Robert Kiyosaki says it's doable to succeed even from there, it's no longer scarey. No job should take your peace of mind.
@@noname-xq6tp yes, totally agree! I was at a point where I needed to find myself again and didn't even have a dream or direction in life. I don't really have anything to look forward to in my 9-5 job and that made me really depressed for a while. I'm still at that job, but since then my mindset has been completely different- I know where I want to be in the future and having that goal and motivation has helped me so much. I'm actually really thankful that my job allows me to have the time to work on my side projects and my dreams, so I'm okay with it for now.
So sorry you're feeling this way, I know how awful it is. And you're right, more often than not it's not that simple to just quit. I hope cbd helps you feel better 💛
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart I’m sooo sorry you go through this. 😭😭 I really hope you find a job that brings you happiness. And please fight your feelings of wanting to harm yourself. And whenever you feel that way call up a friend and go grab your favorite food or go to a karaoke bar and try to distract yourself. I know life can feel empty and meaningless sometimes, but please hang on and fight through because I’m positive that better days are ahead. You can do it. I wish you all the best 💜💜
I thank you for taking the time to make this. I found it helpful. I came looking for information first hand and thank you for sharing.
That means so much to me that you found it helpful! Thanks for watching :)
I'm so sorry to hear about the anxiety and insomnia. I'm so happy that it made you feel yourself, it sucks not feeling this way a majority of the time :( The bad day broke my heart girl, I'm so sorry. Thank you for being so vulnerable, bad days with strong emotions are the worstttt! Let me know if I can help even if just by talking! I'm always always here for you girl! I know that you'll get that new job that will spark excitement and inspiration within you, it'll happen one day! The waiting process sucks, but you got this girl. You're strong, and you can conquer!!!!!!
Yess, honestly I'm feeling much more positive now! I have these periods where everything looks worse than it is and then I eventually let everything out/have a mini mental breakdown and rethink my life lol I believe that I eventually will find my ideal job situation and am determined to do everything in my power to make that happen sooner or later. Thank you for the kind words love 🥰
The moment that you cried, I just felt how you feel. I have exactly the same phase now and I know how frustrating this was for you. Hope my oil works for me 💚
Hope you feel relaxed and peaceful
I struggle with adjustment disorder with anxiety and over the past few months I’ve been dealing with my bouts of strong anxiety and depression. I applaud you for showing that clip of when you had a bad day, it’s so hard to explain to others the feeling of intrusive thoughts and hopelessness that come with anxiety sometimes. I hope you are doing well during this crazy time and I can’t wait to try cbd to see if it helps me!!

I was watching this video while feeling super anxious and when she started crying I lost it because I feeling the exact same way
Week four made me so emotional, I get days like this and understand we don't always have reasons for our bad days with anxiety. Stay strong my love 💕 you are not alone x
Thank you for sharing, it’s nice to know I’m not alone in anxiety and we all can come together to help each other. Blessings
I'm glad my video made you feel less alone because you're definitely not on your own. I hope things get better soon! Wishing you all the best 💛
thumbs up girl for this video, keep going !
I literally cried with you. The moment u wiped ur eye I swear it was like I knew exactly what you were feeling. I've just started CBD and I'm looking forward to hopefully seeing some results and having some days where Im not overwhelmed with my thoughts or having and that anxious nervous feeling in my stomach.
Thank you so much for this video. Especially the hard part. My work is very stressful as well and I feel the exact same way. So glad to know I am not the only one that struggles.
You are very brave to have posted yourself feeling anxious like that I experience anxiety too and I’d never film and post myself like that, but seeing another person feel that way made me feel a little more normal, I hope you’re feeling great and continue to push through it
Thank you so much for the kind words! That's exactly what I thought, I was debating whether to include that clip. Of course, I don't enjoy putting clips of myself crying on the internet, but it has always been comforting to me to see someone else going through similar struggles and being vulnerable - that's why I kept it. I'm feeling much better now :) Wishing you all the best!
Thank you for posting this. I am going through the exact same thing as far as work related stress and anxiety. My husband also just had back surgery so this may be exactly what we should try!
Sorry to hear you're dealing with so much. Hope things start to look better soon! I definitely recommend trying it for your stress and anxiety. As for chronic pain, I did some more research and there seems to be variety of opinions on whether it helps, it's basically a 50/50 chance. I also spoke with someone who is a co-owner of a CBD company and they told me that CBD that has THC might be better for chronic pain. If you live somewhere where marijuana is legal, that might be something to try or just give it a shot with the regular CBD tinctures and see how if it works (hopefully it will)!
I feel the exact same way. Up and down, anxious and not for no reason at all. You are not alone. Keep striving.
@@sweet2sourr: I’ve tried but there really are no triggers. I think in my case it’s just physiological.

Never heard of cbd before and this video was really informative and helpful! I have anxiety too so I wanted to say thank you for sharing this video ❤❤
Thanks Jess, so happy you liked the video. Cbd is super trendy in the US now, but I know it's hard to find in Europe. Sorry to hear that you also have anxiety. I know how tough it is. If you ever need to talk to someone, I'm around 💗
I love you for sharing this with us. thank you for being so vulnerable as it helps us relate (and know that others go through this). it helps the best to know we're not alone. oooo baby I'd love a sound sleep, that's great. I'm so proud of you for sharing and I am always here for you friend
Aww thanks love, I'm so happy you found it relatable and interesting to watch! I can say that I totally recommend cbd for better sleep, really worked for me in that aspect 😴
I recently bought Martha Stewart's CBD --Oil & Capsule Gels. I noticed the difference right after I've consumed 2 capsules within 40 minutes, and taking the oil within 10 minutes. I felt very relaxed, no depression, and no panic or anxiety attacks. I highly recommend this stuff for people looking an alternative route, instead of using heavy opiates, or any dangerous medication. Don't expect to get a super high buzz off CBD, it's not meant for that, but you will noticed a glow feeling, somewhat overwhelmed, but not in a bad way.
New subscriber. I tried my CBD at the same exact time you did in this video. I am praying and hoping this will work for me. I really hope so. I am trying to get off tramadol. I’m glad I found your channel. You are super relatable
So glad my video was helpful! Hope things start looking up for you and the CBD helps 🙏

Thank you for sharing your authentic experience. I’ve found CBD so helpful for my anxiety too, probably even more than the antidepressants that I’ve been taking. I hope you’re keeping well & your job is not getting you down too much! Take care 💚
So glad that CBD works for you!! Thank you, I've been feeling much better since this video, I haven’t really had such a long-lasting anxious period. I think for me it's a combination of working to change my mindset and CBD that I now only use from time to time, as needed.

Thank you for this.
Thank you so much for this video. I've struggled with anxiety for as long as I can remember, but as of lately it's become completely unbearable. I've come to the realization I can no longer just "cope" with it best I can. I'm looking forward to giving this cbd oil a shot. I'm hoping it works even just half as good as it did for you!
Thanks for being vulnerable. I've been super anxious for 2 weeks. I think it's based off a new job I've taken too. I have health based anxiety, so the spinning has been so hard. The constant emotional/mental battle is exhausting. You crying was an outward showing of my internal mind that I never allow out. I don't want to take any medications, so I'm considering CBD. I hope you find a position that doesn't leave you feeling this way.
Thank you so much for commenting, Antigone! I also struggled with health anxiety for several years because my grandma got sick and I eventually lost her. My anxiety is kind of under control now, but I know I have the tendency to get extremely worried about my family's and my own health. It's horrible to think about everything that can potentially go wrong... I also have never been on meds for my anxiety and I think it's because I have this fear of chemicals and drugs coming from my health anxiety lol, it's a vicious circle... Definitely try cbd and see if it does anything for you, it's worth a shot. sStarting a new job can be stressful, but hopefully with time you'll start feeling more comfortable. I wish you all the best and hope your career develops the way you want 💞 I'm in a much better place mentally now, so I know I'll be fine and will have a job that makes me truly happy when the time comes!

Yes, I've heard that from other people too, but haven't tried cbd with thc yet! I definitely want to compare to the non-thc one.

Thank you for sharing! Since posting this video 11 months ago are you still taking CBD for your anxiety? Did your husband take it for his back pain? And if so, did it work for him? Keep up the good work!
I've taken CBD on and off since my anxiety has been mostly in check. I did some research regarding cbd for back pain and learned that normal cbd works in about 50% of the cases and cbd with thc in it might be a better solution. My husband hasn't gottten around to trying that yet though.
Thank you so much for this I will definitely try cbd Oil. My anxiety has been so bad recently I cant even go out with out having panic attacks. I plan on getting some tomorrow!
Cbd has worked absolute wonders for me! I tried antidepressants to treat my anxiety but just felt kind of numb and had some pretty bad side effects. Since starting cbd my anxiety has gone down like crazy! I’m off the ssris, I do still have mild anxiety but never have bad panic attacks anymore and if I feel like one is coming on I take a double dose of cbd oil. Took me ages to find a good product in Australia without thc in it though.
What product did you find in Australia? I haven’t really seen anything available here.
What products did you find to help you in Australia ? The options are so confusing and expensive. If you have any recommendations that would be awesome

Ive been sick since jan of 2021. Got covid and never really recovered. Cant work or do 80% of what i used to do pre covid. Headaches, weakness, anxiety and many more symptoms. I just ordered some cbd hoping it will help me sleep better and help with anxiety and inflammation. Being sick for so long really has opened my eyes to know the true importance of health. I really hope you got a new job because nothing is worth your mental/ physical health.. prior to getting sick i loved my job and was extremely successful but never really stopped to smell the roses as they say. The things that I thought were so important before dont even come close to the things I took for granted. Such as walking, or just sitting outside enjoying a nice cool breeze on my face.. Please quit your job its not worth it. I used to tell my employees that we spend more time with each other then our own families so its extremely important we make everyone feel welcome and help one another. I hope you are better and happy:))) Life is so short enjoy every second of it..

CBD works best for me as a minor compenent of a THC heavy plant.
At least it's not that much guesswork if I'm feeling a difference with my method
I found one my apologies it definitely worked first try took many brands dont know if it will continue to work again but thanks 🙏🏼
I just started mine I'm on my second day & tbh my anxiety has been through the roof, I just started trade school on top of that I got a 2 year old and I'm a musician as well, non stop stuff and my anxiety comes in waves and can last all day long for weeks at a time. So year 2nd day so far, havn't noticed anything yet how long would you say it takes to have some noticeable effects? I really hope this works I have been trying lots of things & am completely sober no alcohol/ drugs/weed. Gonna stay optimistic!
i used CBD 22mg i found out its does help me sleep also makes me feel the need to go too the toliet but you are Right it does not get you intoxicated but it does has some effect on the Human Body if that makes sense but it is hard for to elaborate on as i have only tried it twice.
Have you tried diphenhydramine for sleep? Not used for anxiety. I bought some CBD and will see how it feels. Valerian extract had no affect on me.
Here's an insider tip.
Although everyone is different based on their genetics....in general, CBD is good for depression but not anxiety.
CBG is good for anxiety but not for depression.
You need both CBD and CBG if you need to lower depression and anxiety.
In regards to sleep, THC helps one to sleep quicker but may prevent you from going into the REM sleep stage. CBD helps you sleep deeper and allows REM sleep but does not necessarily cause one to sleep quicker.
The best tinctures are those that contain a spectrum of cannabinoids.
For employment purposes many need to avoid THC, which is slam on human rights. Alcohol and tobacco are responsible for thousands of deaths each year and are perfectly legal.
Everyone go out make a difference in this life, educate people near to you. Go out and vote! Let's get rid of these inhuman laws which demonize this amazing medicine and make criminals out of good honest people.
I totally understand about having anxious days...XOXO's
thank you for your honesty
I feel every part of this video to my core.
This video familiarized me with the fact that my repetitive negative thoughts are probably an anxiety disorder (they get really REALLY bad sometimes). Thanks for that, any resources you might recommend to get more info on this specific symptom (repetitive thoughts) of anxiety disorder(s)?
There are tests online that can tell you if the things you experience are consistent with symptoms of anxiety or depression, just google "anxiety tests". That's pretty much how I figured out that I have generalized anxiety. Repetitive negative thoughts can definitely be a symptom of an anxiety disorder and if you're having trouble coping with them, the best route is always seeing a professional therapist. If you think you can manage on your own, things like mindfulness and meditation can be really helpful. Also some books like "Dare", "The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook", and "Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Made Simple" were really useful for me. Wish you all the best!
Very informative vid... I have been thinking of giving cbd a go.. Will give it a try thanks 😊
Life is full of peaks and troughs. Fun and enjoyment comes at a trade off. When the sadness overwelms the happier times then we need to change our life. If not then we need to accept our 'bad days'. Thinko of it as a reset for the more pleasant days. Happiness full time is an unrealistic goal esp these days with everything going on in the world. Good luck you seem like a lovely person!
I just got my order in today for anxiety as well.
Overall the biggest thing that I noticed and it happened pretty quickly was how easy it was to fall asleep and wake up really well-rested. And that was super helpful because when I'm in one of my anxious episodes I can't fall asleep and then I get even more anxious because I didn't get enough sleep the night before lol In terms of my anxiety itself most days I felt normal, but I also had a few pretty bad ones, so it didn't completely go away. But I feel like it wasn't as overwhelming as it can be and easier to control.
I feel so good 1 week on

Thank you for your answer!
it's not banned and to my knowledge you can add links (at least I haven't had an issue adding a link to this video's description), but it will be age-restricted and it's not advertiser-friendly, meaning it will run almost no ads (if your channel is monetized).
I don't struggle with anxiety but with back pain yes. I am taking CBD with Turmeric and Ginger supplements and its amazing. Now I can sleep like never before without waking up at 2 AM with pain.

I was doing great then almost had a panic attack when you said "my Husband". LOL thank you for your video I believe in CBD, My Son has Anxiety and we tried but didn't give it a long enough try will try to get him to do by watching your video.
Haha why was that so surprising? CBD doesn't work the same way for everyone as far as my research and experience go, but I'd say give it a fair shot for 30 days or even 3 months. I think even if it helps him with just better sleep, it's still worth it - for me it was. Best of luck!
great video, by chance does it still work if you just say put it in water and drink it? i dont want to put anything under my tongue
I'm not sure if it will fully dilute in water, but you can definitely blend it in a smoothie or another drink :)
I tried vaping cbd but I think I might be allergic to it.
I had anxiety too and it turned out to be a thyroid problem which for many years was subclinical . Once I got started on armour thyroid. A natural thyroid supplement (that you do need a prescription for) I felt much better. People dont realize that anxiety can be a symptom of a bigger problem. I am interested in CBd for sleep. Would you say it's better than melatonin?
Glad you found something that works for you! It's different than melatonin, it's more subtle. You can't take it and expect to fall asleep within 15 minutes like melatonin, CBD works over time (days and weeks). I'm not sure if it made me fall asleep faster necessarily, but it helped me have deeper, more restful sleep and wake up more refreshed and in a better mood.

Hi guys, thanks for watching! I really hope you enjoyed the video. I debated whether to include the last clip, but decided to do it anyways because the most important thing for me on this channel is to be honest with you about my thoughts and experiences. I personally think showing our struggles on social media (rather than just the best moments) can bring people together and make them realize they’re not alone and sometimes that can bring a lot of comfort. So, if this video was useful to even just one of you, it’s all worth it!

09:00 Overall thoughts
It seems like most people only want to post positive things on their channels or social media. They want to give an illusion they are happy all the time. I think that is unrealistic and unhealthy. I think people who struggle see it and it can make them go even deeper into depression. Thank you for sharing your story.
How is your husband doing on this? Are you doing internal as well as direct application to the spot?
@@rpheasant3995 I don't know how I missed your comment, but totally agree. I know for me it sometimes seeing other people's perfect lives totally sends me into a dark hole.
@@noname-xq6tp My husband ended up not using it. I did some more research on CBD for chronic pain and there seems to be variety of opinions on whether it helps, it's basically a 50/50 chance. I also spoke with someone who is a co-owner of a CBD company and they told me that CBD that has THC might be better for chronic pain. I haven't tried topical CBD products, but I've heard they don't do much.
The last clip is exactly what im going through and trying desperately to avoid. Hopefully I have a better time of it.
