WILL WE LISTEN TO THE EXPERTS?

Talking on Calling Attention motion, AAP MLA Venzy Viegas said: The incessant rains is nothing new and it will never be new. Do we listen to experts? Are we listening to experts? Will we listen to experts?
In the same assembly, 27 MLAs were against me to give a vote by counting saying that there is no requirement of western by pass on stilts. The video is still being circulated.
Now, Benaulim is completely flooded. Are we ready to listen? Will we listen in the future?
Minister Nitin Gadkari had sent a representative who had said that there is no requirement of western bypass on stilt but you have to complete work on widening of three nullahs in Benaulim to avoid flooding in 2024.
They had also said that there should be de-silting of River Sal.
Waterlogging is happening due to our failure. Today, Benaulim is getting flooded.
Consider the work on under disaster management. Since it is told by experts. Streamline the water flow which is counter measure to avoid flooding. Will this happen?
We have to work with deadline of work order being executed in a time frame manner.
A comprehensive solution was proposed but it was not abided.
