It didn't matter who represented Healy, because the jury was rigged. Blackmailing the woman with the tape was only one that they got to. They hired Nelson and Murdock to start a file on them, to get to know the new players, to see if they could use them in the future.

Two possible suggestion you would most likely enjoy :)
1: Hacksaw Ridge (Movie), a medic decides to run into the hellfire without a single weapon to protect himself.
2: Chernobyl (5-Episode Series), a nuclear powerplant did a boom boom in 1986. But its history got a revamp to this modern filming.
hacksawridge is amazing
They Hired N&M to avoid attention to their firm, because their regular lawyers have already dealt with a lot of slip-ups recently( one of them is karen).
They also made sure he does get out by getting to jury members. Nelson
and Murdock was just meant to be a front end, to keep a low profile and also to see if those newbies are any good so that they can be useful in future. A very smart move from Fisk.
I dont know if it is mentioned yet, but the watch guy's name is James Wesley. He was there in first two episodes representing Fisk all along, in that mob meeting on construction site. He was the guy who forced the prison guard to kill Karen.

The big guy at the end was Wilson Fisk, the Kingpin. Watch guy is Wesley, his assistant. They run Union. Allied and lots more.
The guy at the end is Wilson Fisk. You may remember him as the huge fat bald guy who was the main villain in "Into the Spiderverse."
The guy with the ticking watch was in a mini series called The Pacific, which was made by the same people who did Band of Brothers.
3rd episode so main characters are still being introduced while others will be filtered out as the story unfolds. The series is one story.
I could be wrong but I dont think the watch guy's name has been mentioned yet because I watched this a few years ago. His name will be mentioned in later episodes.
Also the woman who was talking to the big guy at the end played Superman's mom in man of steel

I’m assuming the plan was that Wilson Fisk was using the man to kill the guys in the beginning, and pay off the lawyers to get him off. It’s just pure coincidence that they picked Daredevil firm to represent their hitman
Its not coincidence. They said in this episode that they hired the newbies to distract the attention to them, since there has been multiple slip ups involving union allied.
At this point it's 100% normal to be a bit confused.
The ticking watch guy was in John Wick one, he's the one he kills in the bathroom from the night club

I believe Fisk (bald guy) had two goals. 1: Get Healy off the hook. It doesn't matter to him whether that's by rigging the jury or the lawyers doing their jobs, he gets what he wants either way. 2: Evaluate whether Matt and Foggy are worth keeping around for less "reputable" cases in the future.
And watch guy's name is Wesley.
