This watch is straight out of Star Trek and Dune. I've fallen in love, this watch is a masterpiece. Any Sci-Fi nerd shoud have one of these in their collection if money is not a consideration, and oh how I wish it weren't
for those of you leaving lame jokes about the watch in the comments, i urge you to look up a local distributor and go in and see the watches in person. hold it in your hand and wear it. your mind will be blown. see the movement in action. there's more to life than sticking to what you know till your last breath. be open to expand your tastes. hold it in your hand and you will understand why it is worth the price tag.
Dear Tim, I know you're very much one for getting things right, including pronunciations. It's not "err-werrk" (as in "twerk"). The first vowel sounds pretty much like "ooh" in the letter "U" (spoken "yooh"). Another example would be how English speakers say the word "Uber" (the company). The second vowel isn't an "o" as in "work" but an "e" as in "estimate". If you wanna get fancy, it's /'uːɐ̯vɛʁk/ Cheers
Was lucky to see this in person last weekend.
First urwerk I've actually wanted, cool af.
This is a pure novelty.
100k zenith movement??

I’ve started to appreciate Urwerk and what they do but wow their prices are eye-watering
It looks like. A Dune movie watch
It looks like what the Hamilton Dune movie watches *should* have been.
Think you meant to say "it only ran for 3 years" not it didnt run for 3 years.

I think Tim speaks to the top people in these boutique watch companies and gets the pronunciation from them.
