totally didn't work for me. I bought both the amp card and some single ride tickets. scanned the qr for amp and it didn't deduct anything. tapped on a ride pass and nothing happened. thankfully, the drivers didn't care and waved me on board.
This app is extremely confusing. Not as simple as shown in this video. I added a day pass to my card but there’s no indication of an active pass or where I can activate it before boarding - I asked a driver for help but he just told me to try scanning so I did. It turned green but the app still doesn’t show the pass as having been used so it’s not counting toward my fare cap. CA’s transit apps are so much easier to use - This one isn’t intuitive at all.

The San Diego app and this app are exactly the same. Same vendor and readers and everything.
Mine says inactive and don’t work
nicely done
How does one use the QR digital pass?
All the busses have QR code readers and sometimes train conductors will have QR code readers on them too.
The buses QR code readers doesn't work.
