Chloe was a way better friend than Rae in reality but they both had each others backs when needed mostly. If they didn’t have each other I don’t know how either of them would’ve ended up. Chloe was such a good person. She deserved to end up with someone amazing.
You could tell she knew Finn was an idea of a guy who actually made her feel cared for and seen beyond her looks, until he didn't want her that way and she felt her own sense of insecurity and rejection (a contrast from Rae), thus all she knew was seeing guys who were open to using her.
