You have a nice group of rifles. My father inlaw took a cow elk with a 30-30 bolt gun. 1 shot. It's a great round. I'm very interested in your build. I'd love to do that with my sons.

I took 2 of my sons to the Wanemacher gunshow last Sunday in Tulsa. I saw lots of pre 1900 rifles and such. Some beautiful leather holsters and belts too. It's the world's largest gunshow. 11 acres of tables. I have a S&W 1905 hand ejector in .38spl made between 1906 to 1908. We enjoy that old thing.
