Anything older than 1940 I rust blue 'em. Anyone with that many lever guns I immediately like... I hear the new ruger marlins are even better quality. I haven't seen one in person though....
You have a nice group of rifles.
My father inlaw took a cow elk with a 30-30 bolt gun. 1 shot. It's a great round.
I'm very interested in your build. I'd love to do that with my sons.
Thank you for that. Its fun plus I like the thrill of the parts hunt. I also like to share the info with the viewers. I am not a pro just a working family man with some hobbies and the viewers understand that. Thanks for watching!
@@99Fabrication the wife says no, but I'm suspicious 🤔.
It was when she was young. He drew a 3 day culling hunt at the Lawton Oklahoma Wichita Mountains wildlife preserve.
I hear ya about the working family man. It's a dying art. Being ridiculed and mocked. Be safe my friend. John.
I took 2 of my sons to the Wanemacher gunshow last Sunday in Tulsa. I saw lots of pre 1900 rifles and such. Some beautiful leather holsters and belts too.
It's the world's largest gunshow. 11 acres of tables.
I have a S&W 1905 hand ejector in .38spl made between 1906 to 1908. We enjoy that old thing.
You should check out Mark Novak he might know where to get the parts you need
Where can I get a rifle “stand” like in your videos?
Those are stands that I made myself and had planned to produce and sell if there were interest from the viewers. Where are you located?
"Rossi, The Underdog Rifle"
Sounds marketable!
Hahaha I can dig that!
