Amen! Unions were said to be a bad career decision for young men in the early 90's right out of High School in Central Pennsylvania I tell no lies. Thank God an iron worker union job came to my home town years back and I was able to probation myself on in having the resume to go with the work at hand. And the experience decades behind me non union. I'm a union iron worker for life now. Proud of it too.
