Does LRP4 have anything to do with anti striated muscle antibodies? Are they separate testing? I have high anti striated muscle 1:40 and I’m not sure how that comes into diagnostics. I want to find out if I don’t have any other antibody but the striated muscle, am I still Seronegative or does that positive anti striated make me seropositive? How do they use that test in MG? Thanks for the great video.
Thanks for short but maximum detail
