Are you tired of suffering from neck pain and stiffness caused by cervical Spondylitis? If so, you're not alone! In this video, we'll be sharing some easy exercises that can help alleviate the symptoms of cervical Spondylitis and improve your overall neck mobility.
First, let's start with some gentle neck stretches. Slowly tilt your head to one side and hold the position for 10-15 seconds, then repeat on the other side. Next, turn your head to the left and hold for 10-15 seconds, then repeat on the right side. These stretches help to loosen the neck muscles and increase flexibility.
Next, we'll move on to some shoulder shrugs. Simply lift your shoulders up towards your ears and hold for a few seconds before releasing. Repeat this movement 10-15 times to relieve tension in the neck and upper back.
Now, let's try some chin tucks. While sitting or standing, gently tuck your chin in towards your chest, keeping your eyes facing forward. Hold for a few seconds before releasing. Repeat this exercise 10-15 times to strengthen the muscles in the front of the neck and improve posture.
Finally, we'll end with some simple range of motion exercises. Slowly turn your head to the left, then to the right, and hold for a few seconds on each side. Next, tilt your head backwards as far as is comfortable, then return to a neutral position. Repeat these movements 5-10 times to improve neck flexibility.
Incorporating these easy exercises into your daily routine can help to reduce the symptoms of cervical spondylosis and increase neck mobility.
