    what you did is wrong, x cant be less than infinity, infinity is not a number, it's more of a concept representing an unbounded quantity.

    What if its a curved line (like a U shape on the graph) and they both have arrows up for infinity ? Is the set notation infinity for both X and Y

      nope beacuse it has a back point and only goes forever in one direction not backwards, asuming its not showing it will curve back eventually
