Glad I found this! I was at the Bloomington Gold show that year and was talking to some people in the crowd when the Corvettes were gathering to do the road tour. One of the cameramen heard us talking and told us that he was filming the show for a segment that would appear on “48 Hours.”
So glad you enjoyed it! We were probably over in that crowd waiting with our ‘66…trying to keep cool. We have a short video of the road trip on here, just unfortunate that our video camera was dying a slow death at the time. But still a lot of fun to remember the trip!😊
