안녕하세요.저희는 일년치를 한번에 지불해서 조금의할인이 있었습니다.금액기억은안나는데 일반사립보다 조금비쌌어요 .큰차이는없구요. 사립학교는 친구들끼리 비사야어를사용하는데 국제학교는 대부분 영어를사용합니다.국제학교의 장점인것같아요

I couldn't believe there's so many Western people who lived there.
I haven't explored much of our countryside.
I was born and raised in Manila, but I've noticed there's so many Koreans, too, and other foreigners.
There's a lot of expats now lives in Dumaguete area like Dauin and Valencia. Why? Because the Dumaguete is considered one of the top places in the world to retire.

Valencia is a retirement haven for Americans and European. Valencia is located up the mountain. It’s gorgeous and lots of resorts around.. Lanzones tress are everywhere, even on streets… there are huge and expensive houses up the hill..
The American old man is nice i think he is living here in the Philippines for a long time ago. You're sister is living here to? We want to obtain Philippine citizenship, but there seems to be no way. My sister stayed for two months and she went back to Korea, so we were very sad. Thanks for watching our video

- age 21 above
- reside in the country for 10 years
- acquired real estate
- can speak any Philippine language
- Good Characteristic
- minor children must be enrolled in Philippine school
The residency requirement is reduced to five years if an applicant
- is employed by the Government of the Philippines
- married to a Filipina/Filipino
- teach in Philippine school for atleast 2 years 😊
Nephew is for Male/Boy, and Niece is for Female/Girl

새벽6시쯤에 가보고 8시쯤에도 가보았는데, 장보기에는 새벽이 사람도 없고 상품도 신선하고 좋더라구요..
다만 조리된 음식은 8시쯤에 거의 다 오픈해서 일찍 가면 못먹는다는게 단점ㅎㅎ
내 생각에는 필리핀에 한국 매장을 열어야 할 것 같아요. 많은 필리핀인들이 정통 한국 음식을 구매합니다.
