The Lamzu Atlantis Mini 4k comes with a 4k dongle for 99$ Was a steal compared to the GPX2. Clicks are amazing shape is if you like it, and weight is great.
also have. for me the gpx 2 works way better, and I do love my atlantis mini pro (4kzh polling rate, twice the maxing poling rate of the GPX 2, but, again for me, the sensor hero 2 32k dpi kills it; also, again imo, buttons are superior in the GPX 2, although too loud because of the hybrid optical/mechanical switches). the Thorn wireless is also a better mouse to me than the atlantis, being these 3 on my top 5 with the dav3pro and viper v2 pro making the rest of the list)
Nice video. you point out the "weaker" specs of the mice (yeah, it looks outdated, it's loud as hell with clicks due to the used hybrid system, the skates may seem a bit hard but with two weeks use - i have the mouse for a month almost - they'll work as candy, battery life is great, like 95hrs in 1000hz and more than half of it using 2000hz, and I do see difference in performence with 2khz polling rate if you have a good cpu and a fast refresh rate screen like 144hz or 240hz as I have and recomend because it will make difference to mice using 4kzh polling rate, like dav3pro, viper v2 pro, lamzu thorn or atlantis mini pro) but its a pitty you don't spend 1 minute talking about the 32k dpi (vs 25,6k of the gpx1) and 650 ips on the new hero 2 sensor that comes with the gpx2. Otherwise, nice video to watch. Thanks for your input.
I really doubt that because they went with a hybrid system for the switches, both optical and mechanical. not the best option IMO. the optical switches of the DAV3pro, Viper v2 pro and the Lamzu Thorn wireless are way better, but again it's just my opinion
I'm really torn between 3 mice to be exact, Viper v2 pro, GPX superlight 2, lamzu atlantis mini. I haven't tried gpx og before. so I don't know which one of these mice to get. I'm currently using glorious model o wireless what do u recommend?
to stiff main button, to mushy side buttons. yeah clicks are not the strong side of this mouse. There was a time where logitech made "perfect" clicks, springloaded buttons..oh well at least they got a good shape going.
So def not upgrading from my superlight, ive had the misfortune of having a dbl clicking superlight but got it replaced thru warranty and praying it doesn't happen again since these are optical the chances of double clicking are pretty low right
Yeah optical won't double click. Atm I don't think GPX2 is worth if you have and satisfied with GPX, so keep rocking it until there's a sale/batch improvements 👍
@@Curree8 why so? did you get double click? I haven't and I have the mouse for a month already. the switches are also optical. also because they're hybrid, using both optical and mecanichal tech, reason why the clicks are so annoying loud. but the sensor is way superior. the hero 2 performs to 32k dpi (vs 25,6k on the gpx1) and ips of 650. It's a great mouse and it's been very reliable on FPS games; I also uso the dav3pro, the viper v2 pro (the v3 ultimate is a medium range with external batteries which is a deal breaker for me), the Lamzu Thorn (great ergo, for those who like it) and in less extent the lamzu atlantis mini pro and the cobra pro as smaller mice. I really think the only things not being underrated on this logitech "refinement" are the hybrid switches which are really a pain to get use to and the fact that in 2023 logitech released a new refined version of the GPX without the now common 4000hz polling rate, which only matters to those with good cpu + screens with high refresh rate of at least in my gaming experience of 240hz. But at the end, all players gaming experience is not equal, so just have fun and if can get the best hardware you can to help in the performence that will always depends of player age, experience, trainning, etc. Cheers all.
One thing holding me from getting the og Superlight is microusb. Now, one thing holding me from getting the new Superlight is the click switch… Is it too much to have usb-c on the og Superlight? wtf Logitech
don't let a charging connector terminal influence you that much, having to charge the mouse once or twice (at the very most) a week using a usb type b cable is hardly going to change much
@@Solus793 When all my devices are using USB-C, why would I give my money to a big company that is so anti-consumer that they can't even afford to eat up a buck more of a cost to future-proof their highest-end product? Seriously, a $150 mouse with micro-USB in 2020, how ridiculous is that? Now, 3 years later, they released version 2 with no functional improvements, just updated it with something that should have been there in the first place. Sorry if this sounds like a rant, but I really hate this kind of companies and will not buy their anti-consumer products.
@@syvanonhboualaphanh1019 Of course it's ridiculous, a USB-C connector port costs the same or within cents of a USB-B port when bought in bulk. But if you like the shape of the mouse and how it feels to use, a minor difference in a USB terminal that you have to use once a week is easy to look past.
Bro i got the gpx 2 on release and literally returned it next day because of how god awful and hard the clicks were. I only play csgo and sometimes apex or cod. The clicks were way to heavy compared to my viper v2 pro and dav3. I dont know why they made it that way. Also tried the 2k polling rate and it really didnt change anything. Its basically a gpx 1 with worse clicks.
the hero 2 is way far a better sensor than the hero of the GPX1. the two mice seem the same but the gpx2 performs on another different level. sure, the hybrid switches are pretty irritating, and I also still go first for my dav3pro or viver v2 pro; even the lamzu thorn wireless (4kzh too, like the razers, best ergo of these all, and also using a great sensor and switches. but its just my opinion. Have fun.
Appreciate you brother hope you enjoy it as well. As far as a sensor goes for the gpx 2 and gpx 1, they are not that much of a difference and im pretty sure most or all people will not even be able to notice it in game or in daily use, its all placebo due to it being a newer product. I currently bought a x2v2 mini about a week ago and loving it.@@Maddog-xc2zv
Somebody likes the heavy clicks, thats why Endgame XM1, XM2 mouses are so good tbh. With lighter clicks i dont feel comfortable, its like with keyboards, if u used to use a mechanical u just cant go back to membranes.
I use side buttons in every game. In apex it's for my tactical and ultimate abilities, in other games it's for throwing nades, going prone or something else that needs utility. I'm disappointed by the clicks on my original G pro wireless and sad to see they haven't addressed this issue yet. I don't like Razer because of its terrible software and the G pro wireless fits my hand so well. Was thinking about upgrading but now I'm honestly not sure.
Dude I was the same way until I bought the Razer Deathadder v3 Pro and it fits in my hand almost perfect like the Superlight and it has the best side buttons I have ever used.. Heres what I did about the software.. Download Synapse, set your DPI then store it to on board storage and then delete the software off of your PC
You're not for that type of mouse, your hand is huge. Go for Logitech models that are for bigger paws. I use the same mouse and it's perfect for my hand size and everything about it is wonderful. You are looking for a calf under the bull!
The original Superlight switches are the most god awful Chinese OMRONs, terrible terrible junk, it is criminal how bad and low quality they are - designed to fail, it is a miracle if they last 2 years without double clicking.
Review on point, viper v3 and vxe R1 pro max in my experience have far better primary buttons and switches.

Yeah, the side buttons do seem to be arse. And tweaking the optical switches is a must going forward.
Something tells me to hold off on getting a GPX2 to see if they will address the clicks
Agree, they made some changes across batches in the og GPX. Also the sales will lower it to 110-150 like the og

Viper is closest but maybe wait it out a bit more for Viper v3, Lamzu Maya. If you can't wait then og gpx on sale or just gpx 2

yo you should try the Sora 4k, i think its worth
The clicks sound so metalic who made those clicks and thought to themselves that sounds good
because of its hybrid system, the switches are both optical and mechanical. the result, harder and noisier clicks.
