Emo/Pop-Punk band Real Friends were formed on the South Side of Chicago by vocalist Dan Lambton, bassist Kyle Fasel, drummer Brian Blake, and guitarists Dave Knox and Eric Haines. In 2013, the band released its debut, Put Yourself Back Together, on Synergy Records.

omg dude you don't even know I couldn't even help myself to slam into people when I saw them at warped. You can just feel the emotions from the band when they play and you can feel it in the crowd too.. it's amazing
