This is absolutely my FAVORITE Batman movie, and I'm cautiously optimistic that The Batman might surpass this. If not, I just hope it can be compared as one of the best. Hyped for the 4th!

This Batman trilogy was great, but Batman The Dark Knight was a masterpiece!… Heath Ledger did an incredible job as the Joker. This particular Batman film felt realistic, like it was happening in the real world. This is why I love this movie. Also, Aaron Eckhart as Two-Face was amazing, he play this role perfectly. This Batman movie was great and Heath Ledger is by far the best Joker ever. I hope that The Batman movie does as good as The Dark Knight trilogy. If The Batman gets a trilogy I hope they are great.

My favorite Dark Knight scene is when Joker is falling from the construction building while laughing, and the amazing sound track playing in the background 10/10

This film was pure cinema. Heath Ledgers Joker stole every scene and it felt more like his movie instead of batman. I'm sad that Ledger passed away before the movie came out because he would have seen people praising his performance.

@@UnderTheBridge96 he was "wrong" in a sense that in his Batman Begins review, he said he wasn't crazy about the Nolan trilogy. He himself retracted that statement after watching The Dark Knight. I'm wasn't "bullying" him on anything. I love Chris for how honest he is.
It’s perfectly fair to say the trilogy as a whole was lackluster while also saying the second one was the greatest superhero film of all time. If you turn in 2 C’s and one A+, the average is still not great.
I kind of agree with Chris that the first 3 Batman’s as a whole were better than the first 3 Nolan Batman’s, even though Dark Knight is the best film of the entire franchise.

This one is my favorite Batman film (could change very soon) since it’s not only a great comic book film, but a great film overall. Layered with philosophical questions throughout it’s runtime, it’s truly a thought provoking movie that continues to withstand the test of time.

ik this is batman begins but bro the scene with raise all gu and bruce learning on he ice its literally like 4 minutes of straight life lessons and a lost of fathership teaching his movies are fucking legendary i agree they are my fav rn and i hope mat reeves can finally make something up to that worth because ive been waiting since dark night rises for another good one and afllick well safe to say only made me sad hahahahah
@@megamikethemovieman I think the masterpiece of nolans batman should just be appreciated as the masterpiece it is and not really a comparison level for these newer batmans besides maybe hoping they get inspiration from nolans trilogy ahah , mat reeves defiantly took inspiration from nolan and loved his movies, of course they gonan be his own twist but i think that same like vibe and realism with life lessons will be there so i do think it'll be really good batman for these newer generations , i dont think we should compare them. but i will say i think mat reeves will defiantly make up for all these years without a good batman hahaha its literally been since 2012 and afflick was not even a batman ahahah he never even had a real batman standalone movies , i only laughed when that batman was introduced like i waited years since nolans and Christians bales sexy performance for fucking afflack hahahahahah but mat reeves gonna come fucking clutch for all these missing years man!

The Dark Knight is my favorite Batman movie and Spider-Man 2 as the best Spider-Man Movie. I love Heath Ledger as the Joker (R.I.P), also I like Batman's neck is improved and when the Joker makes Batman lose his temper. Best part was when Batman blames himself for the death of Harvey Dent but he didn't had an option to save Gordon's kid thank goodness he was saved, this shows that the Joker can make Batman be the enemy of Gotham City.

Personally I prefer TDKR. It has soo much to unpack and has so much depth and emotion. Tom Hardy as Bane was mesmerising and the fact he bulked up that much for the role is really impressive. He said the training broke him that much he can't even pick up his kids properly anymore.

YES TDK! I just rewatched this yesterday and it’s absolutely amazing! My favorite Batman as of now as well as my 2nd favorite movie of all time, it’s an absolute masterpiece.

This Movie was sorta my introduction to the batman and joker character, ever since then, this is cinema and comic books done well and respected, since then movies try to do it's best to be like it but failed, overall, I love it, even tho I got respect for the other versions of those characters, Always remember this, and why so serious

Fun fact: There was an ARG for this film that filled in the gaps between Batman Begins and The Dark Knight. It was really well made and hyped up this film a lot. Inside a Mind does a great(kinda) two part summary of the ARG.
I remember that. The Riddles on rataalada and the prequal novel sure do help to fill in the gaps for this movie too.

I think Lucious Fox would react like that to finding the Joker, because in the comics he actually saw that Batman was endangering the robins and that is why he still worked for Batman. Not because he was right, but to protect the robins.

The first ever official Batman film the dark knight really is as a total masterpiece film. It’s brought by the magic of Heath ledger give a powerful performance as the joker. Even though the one negative is pretty much bale’s voice, but his fight choreography in the movie looks okay and his suit looks too awesome to be a fit perfect for a live action Batman beyond suit.

That introduction was hilarious. This was my favorite Batman movie . I like the style of the old Batman films but the dark knight was a masterpiece . Everything from the story to action to the performance of heath ledger as the joker was amazing. Seen this movie 3 times in theater and I don’t do that for much films .

My favorite movie of all time and my favorite Batman movie of all time. Heath ledger gives a performance of a lifetime and really gives us the joker we all deserved to see on screen. A very dark joker. And Christian bale just killed it as Batman. Made me love him as Batman even more. The music is epic by Hans Zimmer. Gotta give credit where credit is due. I doubt the new Batman will make me love that more than this. It’s gotta do a lot for me. I’ll see it but I don’t have high hopes

Love TDK, but I agree with you on the trilogy as a whole, Chris. Reeves is also taking a practical, grounded approach with The Batman (which I can't wait to see next week).
I think I’d like an “Arkham game adjacent” style movie that doesn’t lean so far into the crazy that it becomes a spiritual sequel to Batman and Robin. However, I would like to see more fantastical elements included and Robin come back to the silver screen.

The best live-action Batman movie so far. To be honest, this is the only movie in the trilogy that I think is mindblowingly amazing but that's not to say the other two are bad. I'd be surprised if The Batman could top this, or even surpass it.

This sequel is so good that many watch it without watching Batman Begins and don’t get confused. Hence why the trilogy goes by that title. So it’s not like one of those sequels that can’t be watched without the original.

I Don't like the Dark Knight Trilogy that Much,sure they aren't bad,but they aren't Great,none of this Feels like Batman or Gotham and it's not even that Realistic,I will admit that the Dark Knight is a good Movie and Heath Ledger is amazing as the Joker and some Characters are good but Rachel is one of the worst Characters in this Trilogy and I feel like this Movie is Loved too much when in my Heart I would rewatch Iron Man more than the Dark Knight and by far the Best Batman Movie has to be the 1989 Version to this Day.
