Of course you can! But it can only happen once they opt into your list. So you couldn’t send them an email after they purchase from you without them opting into your list.

This is great information. Thank you! I do have a few questions about the images and triggers. My shop logo is at the top of my welcome email, and my FB, Instagram, and Pinterest are at the bottom. None of these images are displayed in the test email. They show as the broken image icon. Also, the trigger for Name in the body of the email doesn't fill in. It's just a blank space. Are the image and trigger issues I'm having due to the email being a "test" email? The links work fine in the test email. I don't want to activate the email until everything looks how it should. Thanks!

Hello there Thank you for contacting us! 😊 Unfortunately, transactional emails (order confirmation, shipment, delivery, and review requests) are no longer available on EverBee email due to Etsy's new policy of not sharing buyer's email addresses with third-party integrations. So only subscriber campaign emails can be sent out through EverBee email. Best regards, Everbee team.

@@rashelginzburg hey there! You have to get them to opt in first, there are no more “post order” email triggers anymore unfortunately since Etsys updates in February. You CAN however create an automatic email for past buyers for the review request. You would just need to create a “past buyers” list, invite them to opt in, then create an email and schedule it out for them. Be advised it will NOT be based on their exact order and will not go out after they purchase something.

So it’s not an EverBee email, it’s in Etsy itself. And within that message that is a saved reply, you could also send them the opt in link to your landing page to get them to subscribe as well.

Are you saying that the Share & Save 4% discount only works on what you have listed in the Product drop down list, ie Best seller Listings, Featured Listings, Newest Listings, Custom Listings? What about all the other hundreds/thousands of product listings for sale in a shop?
Whatever item you add the Share and Save link to will apply the 4%. If someone goes to your shop and buys something else away from that product link, I do not believe that qualifies. This is just an extra tool you can use in your marketing to lower your fees on certain listings you're looking to promote.
Do the store listings that appear on the email show the sale price of the item or the regular price? And when adding buttons for social media, can i add two buttons side by side instead of just having one in the center? Thanks
Great question! It would be the regular price, not sale price, BUT I always like to add in a little blurb above / below the products saying "Get X% off of these best sellers this weekend only!" And they will need to be stacked at this time, regarding the buttons, but I'll chat with the team and see if we can work on integrating social buttons!

i cant seem to find the answer on google but when i select newest listings, its showing Christmas listings and its not Christmas. Does that mean if my Christmas listing renewed, it would show up as a new listing? If so, how would i fix this on Everbee email if i select the email to show newest listngs?
Great point! And yes that means those more than likely automatically renewed within Etsy and made them "new," so you can either deactivate those or just check in on the email every week before the auto campaign goes out to make sure you're satisfied with the ones it's pulling. Or you can select "Custom Listings!"

So it is not possible to send an email with a digital product attached if someone purchases the product? I'm so tired of people not being able to download digital items on Etsy. I just want to send the pdf file after purchase so I don't have to explain every day how to open Etsy not in the Etsy app to be able to download the file. It is not possible to download digital products in the Etsy app and most of the sales are from the Etsy app. Now Etsy pushes everyone to install the app and it will be an even bigger problem.
@@helloeverbee I know that. I have been selling for 10 years on Etsy. People do not know where to download. Etsy made it very complicated. So sellers of digital downloads have been dealing with this problem for years but Etsy does not make it easier for buyers to find the downloads if they use the mobile Etsy app. Buyers are constantly sending private messages asking for the file to be sent by email because they can't find where to download it on the Etsy app.

Of course you can! But it can only happen once they opt into your list. So you couldn’t send them an email after they purchase from you without them opting into your list.
