I had to stop the video part way through just to say thank you. This was a very informative video. I learn a lot from your videos. This one I must admit was exceptional! It was definitely worth watching again. "My wish list?" More videos on chillers.

No reference tubes, not any note's being made. Only single channel (differential) automatic registration. Normally an absolute channel is required for interpretation purposes of anomalies encountered.
Having no note pages seems odd since normally you'll always encounter some particularities that need further investigation.

Do you have paid training Ken?
How much does it take to perform an Eddy current testing on a 800 tons Chiller?

I’ve watched many of your videos and wanted to thank you so much for taking time to explain. My school did not address chillers or commercial hvac issues as much. Any books you recommend. Tnx

Very well done video, easy to understand. I have 4 very similar looking York chillers that are 200 tons each. The condenser and evaporator supply and return lines are on the same side though. What size are the chillers in the video?
I'm also assuming they are York, correct?

Dear Sir, why we are set hole on 40 degree and 1volt for differential channel and why we are set absolute channel 0.1 volt at 40 degree for internal tube inspection by bobbin probe. Can you please explain it

Ir depends on the code he's working to... he may have a more lenient code where only larger discontinues are rejectable.. at least I'm assuming that's why hes using a UniWest instrument opposed to something more advanced like a corestar.

Quite low fill factor on that ET probe. Hopefully that's not underfinned and you guys aren't looking for small diameter defects!

Prime example of how to not do eddy current, acquiring bad data, antique machine, pulling too fast for CuNi, bad tube designation...if any at all.... smh.

Justin, it looked like he was not going all the way down to the end of the barrel. Also Did not look like he was mapping the tubes so that he would know which tube needed to be replaced If you found a thin one
