    As someone who is constantly told to stop breathing because I'm pretty loud, my feels. And watching this vid, is so fun for me, because he breathes hard at the same times I do. Real hard when you get up and down, a few huffs when you're thinking (picking out rocks) and holding your breath while concentrating intently, to start breathing loud as you make up for lost breaths. I know this man. I am this man.

      Of course it's real! Just a few tricks so that the center of gravity will be located at the middle of the structure

    Holy shit he has patience! If I didnt see him do it in a video I would of thought it was all fake. I understand how he does it by watching him do it.

  • @oceanpier
    @oceanpier 10 років тому +7

    It seems to me that he was creating a system of counter-balance. He needed some instability in those top three stones in order for the biggest stone to balnce. The instability of the three top stones would press downwards allowing the top stone to stabalise those forces and be still. A beautiful demonstrarion of physics. I'm not an expert, it was just my intuitive feeling as I watched him place and reorganise the stones.

    The water seemed to get louder and louder as the video built to its climax. I found myself going into deep breathing to make sure I didn't upset the balance.

    I think the trick is on the last rock. Because at that point anyone can do balance with these rocks.. But the last big rock cannot stand alone even if no wind at the environment. I believe if this experiment was done in close environment and no floor vibration agan no one can do that. I think the trick is , there is someone behind the camera and he prepared the super glue system behind the last rock.. when you feel the last possible balance point , squeeze the glue from the other side of the rock and let it sticks well.. İf he seperates the rocks after balancing it would be more realistic.. why anyone undo what he did because the rocks are already glued ..

    • @GravityGlue
      @GravityGlue  6 років тому

      i'm not sure whether to laugh or cry. . . that has gotta be the most ridiculous theory ive heard thus far in my career. even the logistics of doing somthing like that smoothly for a camera makes my head hurt. everything on this channel is just balance... . . if you want to do further research, please have a look at my compilation vids, specifically the end of "gravity glue 2015" where you can see several structures naturally collapsing... or just go do it yourself. it's not too difficult to learn how to balance a rock on a tip

    • @ruchancakaloglu
      @ruchancakaloglu 6 років тому

      Michael Grab okey then do me a favor. . Make this experiment again. . Than turn around the rocks so everyone can see the other sides. . And also slowly pick the rocks one by one assuring there is no glued rocks. One other thing is that. . Wet stones hide super glues so easily. . Please make the experiment with dry stones. . Thank you for the reply friend :)

    • @ruchancakaloglu
      @ruchancakaloglu 6 років тому

      Michael Grab
      1- record close hd macro video after balance finished. So we can examine whether there is glue residues or not.
      2- use all dry stones so that wet glue (if exists ) can be examined.
      3- after balancing all stones carefully undo one by one.
      Pick slowly every stone. İf there is a glue (if exists ) we can understand. .
      4- after full balance. . Show us closer and the other unseen sides.
      You have to prove if you insist that it is not fake otherwise I will be suspicious forever. .

    Some people believe that gravity does not apply here. It is so stupid. After all, these stones are held only on gravity. It's all about balance. Michael Grubb probably knows well geometry :)
