My wife, Karen died from the ravages of cancer two years ago. During her final days, I found great comfort in listening to Alison Krauss singing I Know Who Holds Tomorrow. God please help me, I give you my love, honor and praise. Please Lord, grant me the the wisdom to live my remaining years in your service. Amen

My sister passed from Metastatic breast cancer April 19th 2020 , 2 days shy now of 6 months ago and I truly miss her presence here but I stand on Heavenly Fathers promises that we will one day reunite with Him and our tears will all be wiped away for all the former things will pass when He comes to bring His flock home ,what a day that will be ,praise the Lord . We grieve for our loss but know and trust that our loved ones who have gone before us await peacefully in His rest .
What a beautiful singer not many out there like alison , no jumping around no mini skirts no flashing lights , just beautiful voice , singing beautiful song and beautiful music

I've always loved that she's an award winning fiddle player that just happens to have the best voice in the business at the same time. God gives talent to those who use it to tell of his goodness.
Do you remember when a very young Allison first started to appear on the scene? As timid as a church mouse. PAINFULLY shy. She has gotten over that but remains reserved, respectful, a "lady". Her talents make her one of the very few, the whole package unique.
And the angels stopped to listen.
I could listen to this beautiful voice all day long truly an angels voice I lost my wife two years ago to heart and kidney disease. I have found my solace and listening to Bluegrass Gospel but Allison your voice is truly a gift from God. God bless you.

Joyce Myers has a book,I skimed threw it,on a trip to the city,while sitting in the back of the car. Basically,she said what you said. The universe has a way to know where you are in life. Even when you can't admit it. I don't need to add on more problems. The evil" Devil" that's out there. It likes to use insecure people who must be needed,therefore they are sleeper bully's. When you don't know who you are. If you need to belong, cause it feels right. You could be forced to allow others to live your life. Be strong and don't be afraid to be the first, to walk away from a group of on break smokers. It won't take long to see the weakest link. Allow God, Budda,Hashem or whatever you believe is your God. But do your best, on a daily basis, to be your best self/friend. And those will be the people who are drawn to you. Cheers

As much as I love Rock Music, there is something about Country that goes deep into my heart and soul, it feels comfortable like a family and close friends surrounding you!

An old friend of mine once drove her tour bus, and said she is the nicest person you could imagine.
Today is the first time I ever heard her, and this has to be one of the most pure, pure, pure voices I've ever heard.

The voice of Alison Krause is like a bell in perfect pitch in the din and abyss of humanity, always there for the listening and to find comfort. I only recently discovered her having come late to country music and to her association with Robert Plant, whom I greatly admire and have known of throughout his long career. When I explored her as a solo artist prior to that association I can see why he respected her enough to enter into a collaboration. So, thank you, Robert Plant,for bringing Alison to a wider audience. I love her as a solo artist as well.
Alison's voice and humor makes my day everyday. Her performances have earned her more Grammys than anyone. Such a special singer and person. Love you Allison.

A childhood favourite.
I am 61, and as a child I grew up in Church singing I know who holds tomorrow. I know it by heart. I am a widow and the presence of my husband keeps me company in my house now. So, that one is personal. But I have loved your music forever. Your range, clarity and distinct voice, I can identify in anything you sing. You can sing with others and I will just say, Alison Krauss is singing to. It’s an honour just for you to reply to me. I often listen to your music while falling off to sleep. You have no idea of how moving your music is to me and when you play your instrument, I get goosebumps. You make this world a better place.
