I have a sliding motorised gate connceted to video door phone. But it is always saying door is open command even if i close the gate..Anyway to change it?
May be you are using new firmware. There is change in interface in new firmware version. In the new firmware, goto remote configuration, then access control, then Door Parameters, Change the LOCK Action time
@@securitypartner7418 yes, i did that so it was already 2s , however , initially , i was doing that exactly like what you have for wiring, so i tried opening the door and using the screen, its not always working , so i suspect the distance is causing the issue since the main unit is far from the switch and electrical door cable is far from the door as i have 10m cable between the door and main unit. so i bring power supply 12v and relay , connecting that got this working all the time but its taking more than 2 seconds , its taking now like 10 seconds , do you have any idea.

@@securitypartner7418 did that , the default was 5 , set it to one. however , its still taking like 15 seconds , not sure how to resolve that.
