People, honestly don't understand the intricacy and complexity of Em's work. The thought process and the way he matches every word with a meaning is incredible, but yet people say he fell off.
Lorenzo D'Elia He just switched up his style, and being that the population is so offended by change thanks to our new overly sensitive outlook on everything, they tend to get butt-hurt easily and start to call names.
It seriously feels like he's becoming even lyrically better throughout the years. While he already was a lyrical genius. Just look what he did on Music to be Murdered By. Simply showcasing how good he still is. He also has done so many different styles, flows, beats.. he's insane.
@@Kiluei I'd have to agree with that, I've noticed a very distinct and steady upturn in the quality of his music he's put out over the last 10 years since Relapse dropped after a 5 year hiatus. Not only do people make themselves look simple when parroting the generalized opinions they hear online but they've all been incredibly wrong about the album as a whole. If you think about it, Em agreed that he wasn't at his best when working on Relapse but he's stood steadfast by Revival from day 1. Sure he's admitted to the pain that hit when he put his heart and soul into a record that was beat to shit by media, critics and fans alike but never once agreed he could've done better. One day people are gonna finally see what they shit the bed on and it's gonna make them feel stupid.
