So here's some headcanons about Rens horns cause I'm bored lol:
- On Rens planet, the bigger a guys horns the more powerful hes said to be (the human equivalent being the bigger the biceps) and rens horns are DEFINITELY on the bigger side compared to others ;)
- The glowy part of the horns is similar to a cuttlefish's skin; whilst they can't completely change colours like they can, they CAN change their shade and brightnesss.
- Much like how cats communicate with eachother using their ears, the glowy part of the horns do the same by changing said shade/brightnesss to reflect the wearers mood. Bright blue (like Ren always has) means theyre happy and content, dim dark blue = sadge, whilst a green-y hue is fear/anxiety.
- They can't control their horns colour changes (it's subconscious like breathing) and this is partislly why Ren was SO feared by so many, because his horns NEVER showed green/were always "relaxed" even when confronted with many enemies.
- His horns weigh a whopping 4lbs EACH. This is because they are made with a dense keratin like substance (keratin being what human's nails and many animal horns are made of) Rens species have strong skulls, neck and collar bones to support this weight.
- All of Rens species have asymmetrical horns, with the top part varying. Females tend to have curvier designs on the top whilst males have sharper ones.
- Both male and female horns start as stubs at birth then get a growth spurt during puberty. Unlike antlers they dont fall off each season but continue to grow, however, like hair, there is a limit to how much they grow. If horns get SO big the wearer starts to develop pain, there is a "horn reduction" procedure you can undergo.
- Some of Rens species choose to accessorise their horns with things like rings (which are JUST as common amongst males vs females), whilst the more adventurous decorate the outer "stubs" with semi permanent colour.

How come I barely see any of this relationship it’s always just Ren and Kyo together?
I'm still fairly new to vtubers, so I was reading up on the rules where I noticed Ren is one of the few livers who don't have a "NO truma dumping" rule- but what exactly IS truma dumping, and why is it SO bad that most livers have a rule against it? (Is it when you use a supachat to ramble about ALL the terrible things you're going through atm, or, is it like, just mentioning something potentially triggering??)
pretty much! its just so people dont go "i wanna KMS" cause the livers....dont/shouldnt REALLY have to deal with that. it ruins teh vibes and depeneidng on the liver can bring up bad stuff!
