Sir earlier you said if VP is less than SP then Co. must produce product itself then why you have written purchase from supplier in 3rd problem second bit even though SP is more????
And one more question where it is specifically mentioned that We have purchased component from supplier for new product
i have a doubt sir...... in problem no 1, we have considered variable cost for decision making.....why cant we calculate profit for both the cases.....when sp=120 and when sp= 95 and then take the decision accordingly whichever case the profit is high?
