開心見到你哋又出新片。徒步行15分鐘到超級市場都唔算太遠，當散步啦！不過，如果買太重嘅嘢就辛苦囉⋯逛超市購物、夾吓價，買到平嘢，也是樂事，能夠平凡開心地生活也是一種幸福！💕
除了Aldi, Ltdl，Iceland, farmfood 賣的食材都挺廉價物美的。想吃品質好一些的雞做白斬雞，Waitrose 和 M&S 的玉米走地雞最美，價錢也不贵，要吃再精打細算，買他們的全雞腿最划算，有時候三盒才十鎊，一共十二只大雞全腿。肉質比起普通超市好一些，其實算起來也比普通价贵一迪。英國吃雞胸肉比較貴，雞腿雞翅沒人要。若還要再省一些，可以買一隻全雞回家分切。一隻雞可以分兩邊全雞翅，兩隻全雞鵯，兩塊雞胸肉，還有一副雞骨架煲湯。要買雞腳，就去Moor market第一檔買冷凍雞腳，兩包三鎊，全城最平。他們家賣的急速冷凍魚和海鮮價錢都十分平並新鮮，肉質緊實，絕對不是賣唔出才冷藏，都是經過工廠急速冷卻的，所以才能鎖住營養和汁水，解凍後肉保證不會軟塌，愛吃烧魚但平價買靚魚的記得別走雞啦。

我之前喺英國working holiday，都會專登行10幾20分鐘到附近一間平靚正的Morrison超市。晚黑5點鐘度佢啲麵包就大平賣，每次見到都買好多😂
Asda傍晚減價更平，所有超市任何鐘點亦會打折扣，只是多或少而己，英國在飲食方面不昂貴

Aldi 其實好多中產人士去shopping, 佢哋每逢星期四會將減價貨品調整一次，留意Super6。
至於中超，其實前身係「廣興」開咗幾年嘅新鋪，唔算平，我每次都買由London樓家出品Royal Gourmet Prawn Wonton (美膳鮮蝦雲吞)，其貌不揚，無包裝設計可言，但勝在有香港味道，Sheffield 有啲酒家都用佢啲frozen點心，所以不如買返嚟自己煮🤣
其實附近仲有間土耳其人開超市叫Ozmen, 上次有推介給你們，真心平過晒中超，尤其是鮮肉部門
我地都有行Ozmen，都真係好多抵野買🤣
