Pairing a Bliss Motor to a Remote Control

For the initial setup of an Alta Bliss Motor, or if the shade is not responding and a reset and pair is required again, there are a few simple steps to take for the remote control to operate the new shade.

I can’t pair my remote after changing the battery. Can you help me? I just shows U after holding for stop for 10 seconds

This occasionally happens on older remotes when changing the battery. Try these steps:
1. Remove battery
2. Hold P2 button and insert battery while holding P2
3. Screen should flash “2”
4. Remote should be reset
5. Operate to test
