Its beautiful does it accept camera from existing? Also does it use its own gos antennae or can you use existing?

It will accept any commercial camera with an RCA style video connector.
It comes with a GPS antenna. I just sat it on top of the metal chassis when I installed it. I didn't use the car's GPS antenna.
Since it connects to your phone, it can also use your phone's GPS, using Google Maps. No need to use the tablet's built in GPS.

I have a question, does your Video Output works? I bought one and can’t make the back entertainment screen to get signal from the stereo. If you have the chance to check it out I will appreciate it.

Yes. Any commercial camera with RCA video connector should be able to connect to it.

The newer model with the cooling fan definitely works better than the original. Good thing is that they keep improving the design. 🤠

Settings gives you some control of boot up images & apps. It varies depending on which version of Android is on your device and who is selling the tablet stereo.
Agama isn't a free app, but it gives you a lot of control over the tablet's interface. More like OEM car software.

There are no reason to do it
you do not need last version of android for your multimedia
this thing just had to show you a route, play music and handle rear camera
also chines sellers lie about android version, usually for 4-core processors android 8, and for 8-core processors android 10-12
