Ange is a great man; a role model and a leader, who is mentoring and teaching young men, with integrity, care, expertise and wisdom, to be the best version of themselves as they chase their dreams. He is the best chance Tottenham has had in decades to change its history and become the winning club its supporters and players want it to be. Believe.
I agree with almost everything you said. Poch was a good manager for us; had he been backed. But yes, very excited about Ange; let's give him time and patience...he'll make a significant impact.
Are you on drugs!? Ange isn't good enough to challenge for major honours. You won't win only playing and signing unproven unready youngsters. He's too stubborn in his tactics and system he's reactive, not proactive in his substitutions.
I've been a Tottenham supporter for 45 years. Maybe because there's only been a bit of silverware here and there in that time that I'm used to it, but I see this club is building incredibly well. I see Ange's reign growing into something really special along with the infrastructure that Levy has built. I feel there is a lot of impatience in our fan base but I feel more positive about the club now than I possibly ever have. I can only see things continuing to improve.
The bit he said about building the mentality of the young players is important. They are 18 years old and have played in Galatasaray, Ibrox and now are playing in the EPL. They need to keep working hard every day but that’s very good for their development. Keep going ⚪️👍
All managers need time, the critics of Ange don’t know what it takes to build the team up from within. They also don’t know the ins and outs of why young players get time or not. To those who criticise Anges high press for injuries don’t understand these are prime athletes who should be able to handle the high press. Majority off injuries are from underlying issues or just plain unlucky in challenges. The only issue I have had is not enough playing time for Spence and Lankshear with Richie out. But Ange knows the mentality and fitness off these players so I’ll back him in even if some decisions seem odd from the outside.
@@peterkehagias The former hopefully. He's got it in him ability wise young spence. Third of tge price of Rodgers but for me a better all round player.
@@peterkehagias as long as he hasn't kicked the bucket it's fine. Would be more concerned if he didn't care if he wasn't getting games. Who cares they're still paying me a nice few quid anyway kinda attitude like ndom.
@ Ok so he’s human, and maybe he gave into the pressure of a London derby, I’ll give you that. I would say part of that decision is based on the player and medical team but manager would have a big influence as well. However, it’s hardly a fireable offense and could actually be more because the player or medical staff took a risk they shouldn’t have. Come on…this sort of thing happens with every manager/team and across all sports. Taking a step back from that, in general he’s been very supportive of giving players the time they need for recovery and aside from the Timo thing recently, he’s put all blame on himself. I do think he’s feeling the pressure but he’s a strong leader. These things take time.
Yup, I think he gets fed up with these journalists fishing for sound bites to hold him to, The Moose saying that Ange "reiterates" that he wins a trophy in his second season?? I like that Ange calls him/other journos out when they are making it out that Ange is driving a particular narrative, whereas its the continual same questions that are actually creating this. "If you ask me a question, I'll answer it mate"
To the "journalists" that keep trying to make a name out of Ange, we all know who Ange is but no one of us know who the "journalists" are or who the companies that they whore themselves to are either, so it all evens out yeah?
When Ange says that Forster is so good he was picked for the Europa squad, why didn't the journalist not then ask, "Why was not Spence in the Europa Squad???"
This club is heading for a massive slide. We have been slowly sliding for the last year. It's inevitable a massive slide is coming. You don't have to believe me. But this team will slide.
